Please don't not go near this company!!!
They advertise Australian hardwood for the floating shelves I ordered and yet they have to be export and import cleared!
I haven't received my order yet, 5 weeks on and have just been informed of a further delay!

My whole purchase experience was smooth, and the product is exactly as stated. Transportation took a lot longer than anticipated as I guess it came from China, from the packaging. Unlike Aussie businesses who give great attention to packaging, often wrapping and presenting it beautifully, sometimes with a small gift inside and a written note of thanks, nothing from China comes well presented. It would be nice to see their appreciation in the way of intentional packaging and a note of thanks for the business. That's how we do it here in Australia.

This company is totally false advertising. I was shown stylish pictures of beautiful Scandinavian lighting. I paid premium dollar and received nothing but cheap plastic. I would not even put that rubbish in a closet let alone my living room or bedroom. Now I have to file a consumer complaint and TRY to get my money back. Outrageous that a scam company like this is operating in Australia. Disgusting. 😔

What a joke of a company . Scammers, claim to be in Australia but it’s not . Takes forever to receive the product purchased with fake tracking numbers . Asked to get my money refund and is been more than two weeks and I am still waiting . Those people need to be reported to fair trade .

Do not purchase from this company. The website and product images appear legitimate, high-quality, and luxurious, however, my experience was the complete opposite. I purchased a set of four motion-sensor outdoor lights for approximately $500. The order took over a month to arrive, and I received very little communication regarding the delay. To make matters worse, the lights arrived without the motion-sensor functionality that had been advertised.
The overall quality was poor and cheap, and I later found similar products being sold by other retailers for a fraction of the price. After raising my concerns, the company initially offered only a 20% refund. Following back-and-forth discussions, I was eventually able to negotiate a 40% refund, which was my first choice, and I am still waiting to receive this refund.
I would recommend purchasing outdoor lighting from a reputable retailer, such as Bunnings, or choosing products that are electrician-approved.

Two dollar shop rubbish. Nothing is as described. Supposedly an Australian company but Hong Kong. They offered 50% refund and I could keep the rubbish rug I paid nearly $200 for, and that was on sale. Don’t be fooled by these guys. It also took nearly a month to arrive, although they I would have preferred it didn’t. It’s been nothing but a hassle.

Poor quality products made in China, very delayed shipping. Definitely would NOT recommend and would certainly not buy from here in the future.

Delivery time was good. The rug looks like the photo and its comfortable to walk on.

The pricing and service is really good. Its just the delivery takes ages. Tracking doesn't seem to work.

The website looks professional but its not real, and my experience was very disappointing. My order was not shipped for over a week with no date when I will receieve the item, I received conflicting updates, and I was never given a tracking number or proof of dispatch. My emails and phone calls went largely unanswered. I only received a full refund after disputing the transaction with my bank. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Beware! Posting AI photos on the website and pricing them significantly higher than the price from their supplier in CHINA.

The quality of the lamp was poor and didn’t match the picture on the website. Both lamps were late, the last arriving after a month. I should have checked here. They did give me a discount on one lamp after I complained. The website indicates Wollongong- I went with them because I thought it would be quicker delivery- but they aren’t in Wollongong. They sent endless emails that meant nothing. Very unhappy.

I bought 4 lights 2 months ago,

The first two turned up and I thought it was a part of a light, not the actual lights, they arrived with no branding, no Australian tick of complience, completely not at all what I expected.

My electrician laughed. This is an expample of Chinese direct to customer, site.

I have two other lights meant to arrive one day, one of them they can't say where in the world it is.... It is pretty beautiful and I'm hoping it actually turns out well. If it doesn't I will be returning all of them.

I will however never buy from this company again.

On 8/6/26 I ordered a bedside lamp from Elara Haus (online). It was described as being made from “high quality hand finished frosted glass”.

On 1/7/26 I received a very different lamp to what I ordered. The lamp is made from very cheap and lightweight plastic and the label has all language in Chinese.

I contacted Elara Haus customer service and they would only offer me 50% refund or I had to pay the postage for return and full refund.

I have never been cheated like this in over 10 years of online shopping.

The order will take a while to ship. But they will have communicate with you regularly and a actual human you can speak to about it if you need to. Dimensions acurate and product matches online image even though the website looks very a.i

Packaging very good. They even put plastic corner protectors on.
