Account Locked and NO Communication
I got approved for a credit line with this company almost a month ago. Needed to change my bank account which I did online but when I logged back in later that same day it signed me out and said to call customer service. I called and a representative told me that I had to fill out an authorization form as well as provide other documents in order to get the bank change verified. Did all of that back on 07/03 and was told to wait 2 business days. We are on day 5 now and still no response. Not sure why it would take so long to look at three documents but have moved on to a different lender so I can use to cover emergency expenses. If something happens to your account do not expect to be helped accordingly.
