Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Still waiting for my order! Ordered something on 08. September where they indicated delivery on 11–15. September. However, they allegedly dispatched the item on 22. September. Now it’s 2. October and it’s still not here. Tracking somehow doesn’t move. Customer service doesn’t seem to care about it. I’ll claim a chargeback if they don’t sort it asap.

Due to a technical issue with shipments outside the Euro zone, the handover of your parcel to the carrier was unfortunately delayed.
As mentioned in our email notifications, your parcel has recently cleared customs and, according to the latest scan on October 2nd at 02:38, it is still moving within the carrier’s network in Croydon, Surrey (UK).
We understand how long and frustrating this wait must feel, especially since the tracking has not been updated for several days.

Very long delays and delivery failure.
I first ordered my package on the 13TH of August and the delivery date stated it would arrive between the 18th - 20th of August. I had high hopes for the delivery time after reading the reviews, as I needed the package for the first of September because it was a school bag. The order has been delayed twice now, and the estimated delivery time was updated to the 1st of September. I still have no updates on the whereabouts. It’s now the 2nd of September and no school bag has arrived. Very disappointing.

We completely understand your disappointment regarding this delay. After checking, the DPD tracking shows that your parcel arrived in Ireland during the night of September 3rd. For an order shipped from the south of France to Northern Ireland, delivery can sometimes take a little longer, especially with standard shipping, as we do not offer express delivery.
In your case, the shipment was unfortunately delayed by around ten days due to an internal issue with the processing of customs duties for the product in your order. We are truly sorry for this.
Your parcel is now in Ireland and should reach you shortly, allowing your child to enjoy their school bag from the second week of the school year.
