I ordered some spare parts mid July (order #168240), first they told me they would ship mid August bc they are waiting for part of my order from their supplier, then they informed me that the other part is obsolete. I haven’t been sent anything and they ceased all communications. They took my money and ran with it! This is a SCAMMING !!! website, DO NOT ORDER with them! Shame on you EEVAD!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Eevad. They are not responsive to email. I placed an order for 3 items, but I only received one. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and reliability. I expected better service and transparency.

Good morning, I received a package with items that have nothing to do with what I ordered.
I've tried to contact them via email four times but haven't received any response!
Since they don't even have a phone number to call, I don't know what to do anymore. I have no way to contact them.
My advice: stay away from these people

UPDATE: They contacted me and they solved the problem in the best possible way! I received my items and I'm very happy! 5 stars!

I send two Order back as retour. And try to Connect to get the Money back. But After 10 mails no response…really sad.. After weeks I get back.

Customer service Never replied to my message.

I did an order and pay ( a lot ) for 24h delivery.
1 week later nothing.
I sent 1,2,3 message on the chat and email, no answer.

I placed an order on 04/27/25 and still today after two months I have not received the parts and even though I paid for next day delivery. I sent them more than 10 emails I never had a response, I tried to contact them also via chat on their site but nothing, no response.

Company not responding to emails. No information about order status.
Still nothing. Today is 21 of May.

23.5 finally got part. One week and it is here. Thanks eevad.

After 6 years of buying, 12 completed purchases and 6,267 euros spent, my last purchase was not sent, I made it on January 19 for a little over 900 euros, we were waiting for stock replenishment but a couple of weeks ago they did not respond to my email or messages from the website, unfortunately we are on another continent and that complicates my refund as well as any formal complaint in your country, if you buy from another country keep this in mind
