THEY solved a problem for me and i was satisfied after the result as i were not before but they put it right which was very good.

Poor Customer Service experience with Edgun Spain: I purchased a new Leshiy2 on 21 Feb 26 . After only a few shots it became obvious the Apex regulator was not functioning. The RFD I purchased it from having no in-house technician on hand I was asked after 4 weeks of email exchanges (..are you sure it does not work ? bla bla…) to eventually return it to Edgun Spain. Another 3 weeks waiting to get an answer from Wolfiek Spain to get a return adress in Barcelona. I have to say that during that time I tried both their WhatApp number and message page on their site in an attempt to get hold of someone. Well, after all this wasted time I eventually managed to get an address in Barcelona and a week later on 21 May I got a mail from Edgun Spain acknowledging receipt. They said they would look at it and do their utmost to fix the issue but another 4 weeks later I am still waiting despite several reminders and have no news whatsoever. BTW there is no point contacting them on the WhaApp number : it is down for “upgrade” (???) until end of this month !

What is going on here ? another textbook case of brilliant products let down by the back office ? I am told that their marketing is agressive though, so there must be some sort of work force there.

This is Very frustrating when I compare with the outstanding customer service of AirArms, not to name them.

EDgun Shop is a joke and I will never buy anything from them again. Aside from the defective airguns, their customer service is horrible. Days went by and they didn't respond to emails. Once I finally was in contact with them they wanted me to pay for shipping back a defective product. Replacement parts were significantly delayed when they were supposed to be sent to me immediately. I'm so glad I don't have a Leshy 2 any longer because both of mine were garbage and constantly misfired. I'm glad I no longer have to deal with Edgun Shop and will never buy anything from them again

No issues whatsoever. Ordered from them in the past, never a problem. Customer service has been great.

Received exactly the items I had ordered & am very happy with them. The effort the people at Edgun Shop / Wolfiek Group put forth because of a shipping company problem was amazing. My only complaint would be with DHL because they apparently don't know how to import items into the U.S.

Caimin at Edgun was excellent to work with! I ordered a Leshiy 2 on Black Friday 2025. It took a very long time to get through the customs/shipping process which was out of their control, but very frustrating to say the least. Caimin would check on the shipping status(multiple times) without me even having to ask! Once I received the airgun I had a small leak which they sent parts, and showed me how to fix immediately. I also ordered a special “experimental” barrel which caused some problems with the magazine indexing. They assisted me throughout the entire process on how to fix. We weren’t able to resolve the barrel issue so they sent me a brand new barrel free of charge which fixed everything. My experience was so good with Caimin at Edgun I ended up buying another barrel/caliber system then just ended up buying another Leshiy 2! I am new to airguns, and without their amazing support I probably would have given up on the platform all together. With that being said, I ended up buying even more parts/accessories because I knew if I had an issue they would support me throughout the process. I am a huge fan of customer service especially when buying high end specialty type items, and Caimin at EDgun is the definition of excellent service!

Looking forward to buying more airguns from them in the future!

I got the item that I ordered in great condition

At first I was a little shocked by how much the shipping was, but as fast as I got it was well worth it plus the Eazy Pezy air gun works great a super easy way and safer way to put air into your guns, before buying it I thought it was pretty expensive I looked around at some other ones but just looking at them they don't even come close to looking as good of quality as the Edgun.

Everything ok. Two purchases and very happy customer.

Hill 3000 EVO Compressor – Start Issue.

I had an issue with my compressor and contacted EDgun were I bought it.
They was fast to tell me what they need to locate the problem, and I provided pictures and video of the problem, they relayed those to the factory and a Perfect solution was found, and now the compressor is 100% working again.
I have to say this is SERVICE from start to end, fast precise and a great outcome.
Big thanks to Kevin for being so servicemindet and professional all the way, quick on the reply on email.

Big THANKS to EDgun, and I for sure know were I want to buy me gear nextt time. THIS IS SERVICE as it should be, and many many out there could learn from this.
