I couldn’t be happier with the service from Easy Flowers. I needed to order sympathy flowers at the last minute for my sister-in-law’s uncle who had passed away, and the whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free.
The flowers, along with the card, were delivered the very next day as promised. My sister-in-law was genuinely shocked and so grateful to receive such a beautiful gesture during such a difficult time.

Unfortunately my experience with Easy Flowers was horrendous and if I could give half a star I would !!
I chose what should of been a beautiful arrangement of flowers, instead I received what looked like something thrown together with a ribbon wrapped around it, To further add to my insult, when I approached the company about my disappointment, I had a very unprofessional and unempathetic lady offer me a $17 refund for $120 bunch of wilted flowers
Wrong answer, what I wanted was the flowers to be resent that I thought i was getting in the first place.
My sister lost someone very close and my family wanted to make her feel loved at this very sad time.
I.chose easy flowers to represent this through a beautiful array of flowers, what a shame they didn't provide that !!
If you want to show someone you love them, DO NOT USE EASY FLOWERS

Quick and easy, hardest part was choosing arrangement.
Flowers were of good quality and lasted longer than some i have purchased in florist shops.
Delivery was on the day i wanted (mothers day) without any issue.
Communication was great.

In my own experience as first time customer, the service has to improve. Failed expectation, somehow it ruined my day! I have paid for an express delivery and that it will be processed within 2 hrs. Only to find out after more than 3 hours and had received a call that unfortunately the driver has already left and order cannot be delivered until the next day. Though the lady was good to talk to over the phone. Has given me a 50 dollar voucher for my next orders and quickly returned my payment as I have canceled my order, still it was not a good experience. So I have to look for another shop this late. A waste of my time and effort, to be honest.
