Working with Ensuite was a wonderful experience

Working with Ensuite was a wonderful experience!! They were so helpful with recommending food options and quantities, and the food was delivered on time, and everything was delicious. Boris was especially helpful in getting the catering for our event planned and off the ground! They are also very communicative and polite. I have no negative points to say!! We highly recommend working with Ensuite- a great experience all round.

Everything provided was incredibly…

Everything provided was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. A personal favourite of mine was the mini topped focaccias, such a treat! The attention to detail and quality really stood out and made all the difference.

Event with Snapchar feedback

We did an event in partnership with Snapchat on June 13, 2025 in Paris and I would like to share the positive feedback.
The service and the waitstaff’s involvement were absolutely top-notch. We really appreciated that guests were offered food — everything was delicious, and the presentation was both visually and aesthetically impressive. Honestly, I think it was the best catering we experienced across all the Vivatech events we attended — we’re truly delighted!

The team was also incredibly friendly and approachable, which made a big difference.

We actually ended up with more food and alcohol than expected — a pleasant surprise!

Ordered boxes for a lunch meeting

Ordered boxes for a lunch meeting. Food was great,packaged professionally, delivery efficient and service friendly. Only slightly negative which may have also been due to my note being in English was that I had mentioned in the notes one person had a shellfish allergy, but there was no adjustment to any of the dishes to accommodate which meant the individual couldn't eat any of the mains. The boxes DID have allergy warnings though, so thankfully no accidents occurred.

We double checked your order and we haven't found any communication relative to a shellfish allergy. Maybe this comment was written on a note through your order which did not reach our customer service, and I am sorry if this is the case.
