I bought the Garden Guardian to deter possums coming into our backyard. Setup was easy, the sensors are working well. Has deterred possums. Safe to use. Highly recommend.

So happy with my Stealthy 360 ultrasonic pest repeller. I ran it daily for a week or so and the possum that was living in my bedroom wall has moved out. It's been several weeks since any intruders have kept me awake! Highly recommend this product and the wonderful customer service. I wasn't sure what product would be most useful and the lovely staff member listened to the issue and made two recommendations for me to choose from. Will definitely be back for more!

Nona I have just purchased the 2nd bug as the first one is so successful. I have had terrible trouble with garden bugs called monolyptic beetles who destroy so much. When I emptied the first bug it was half full with the monolyptics. There were no bees which made me very happy, I have recommended the bug to the lady at the local nursery and I will be keen to see if she has had as much success with her monopyptics. Great machine….

Beware. Bought 2 Garden Guardian - Solar Powered Ultrasonic Animal Repellers and after several weeks they stopped working. The company sent out two replacement ones (as they are covered by a 1 year warranty) and after several weeks, the replacements also stopped working. Have tried to email the company several times for a full refund and call their hotline (goes direct to voicemails) and have received no replies from my emails. If I don’t receive a response, I will be lodging a case with Consumer Affairs.

I didn’t believe all the ads but in desperation I decided to try it and couldn’t believe it that after 2-3 days all the insects had disappeared

The enviobug trap is just fantastic. Does what it says the product will do. As we live in bush environment we have tried lots of solutions. This the best.

Customer service from the team was excellent when required at the fornt end of access to the device. They responded immediately and replaced the item without questions. Well done Envirobug. Further, the deviscde has worked immediately, sending all pests away from the problem areas.

So far so good, no where near as many wallaby’s on our front lawn . Very pleased we purchased these. Definitely recommend this product.

I purchased several EnviroBug products and found them exceptionally effective. I bought the snake repellers for a friend who regularly had snakes on her property due to the overgrown neighbouring yards. She became afraid to go outside and worried about finding one indoors. The repellers genuinely changed her life. I had pests in my roof cavity and tried traps, baits and even a possum cage. Nothing worked and the noises sometimes kept us awake. After installing an ultrasonic pest repeller all signs and sounds of pests disappeared. I'm grateful to EnviroBug for providing safe, effective and easy to install products that solved our problems.

Excellent customer service . My first plug in pest controller was not charging. Contacted Envirobug & without hesitation, they sent me out a brand new unit without requiring me to send faulty unit back. Very impressed!!

I ordered 2 humane rodent traps over a month ago and couldn’t understand why they hadn’t been delivered. I contacted Envirobug and left a voice message (their voicemail greeting is very underwhelming, needs changing), anyway it turned out the postal notifications had been going to my partners spam. Her address wasn’t even on the Auspost’s app so that was weird. When I logged into the AP app it said it was being returned to sender. I left a second message and Alex called me back promptly arranged for an immediate refund and said to just reorder the items.
L did this immediately and as soon as I pressed pay I realised I had selected the incorrect size, I emailed Alex regarding the error and within 10 minutes she replied that she had amended the order for me. She was very pleasant, very helpful sorting out the problems and very polite on the phone

The garden watchman works very well. I like that you can turn them off with the twist of the button! My produce now has the opportunity to grow. The instruction booklet should be printed in a larger font as it can hardly be read.
The reason for the 4 stars is the packaging. For a business claiming to be environmentally conscious the packaging needs to change. Please stop using plastic and use smaller boxes to deliver the products.

I have had rats in my ceiling for months Ihave tried traps with no results then bait stations that worked for a short while that stunk the house for weeks then they stopped working I put EnviroBug in the ceiling and there has been no movement since . Very happy with outcome.

Excellent products. We bought some snake repellers for our small farm in the rainforest. Pre-loads of sightings and skins etc around. Post-not one sighting or skin. Amazing and eco friendly! V happy.

This particular order was for replacement bulbs for our 2 out door mozzie traps. We are very happy with these traps and find they work well for our back patio and they also catch the months so we no longer get months laying eggs all over the patio ceiling.
