The portal is extremely user-friendly and has been invaluable in helping us transition our annual leave approval process from paper-based forms to a fully digital system. I particularly appreciate the reporting functionality and the ability to create customised reports tailored to our needs.

I think the system is great and so easy to use! We had some teething issues when we first joined when it came to payroll but other than that it has been great.

I rolled this out with my organisation and and it was really helpful in having all the info in one place and being able to give the team control of their info and reduced my admin.

I find the platform is truly comprehensive. We are able to save our company policies right to staff appraisals all on one platform.

Its an easy platform to use and any issues are dealt with very quickly and in a very friendly and professional manner.

We moved to employment hero around a year ago, they have been very good in their customer service, the set up was easy, the system is straight forward to use.

It does the job but it is a bit clunky and awkward to use at times. The implementation wasn't particularly smooth but we got there in the end.

I love employment hero, it makes payroll so seamless. Onboarding new employees is a breeze and the HR functions are all great too.

Very easy to use and a ton of features. Still learning how it all works and comes together but sure it will become an amazing tool for our business. Onboarding was easy and support always there when needed

Responsive & Helpful Customer Service
Staff are really helpful & quickly responsive, you could request an agent help if the Employment Hero AI couldn't give you the expected outcome.
So, when you request the agent interfere, they do respond quickly & aim to give you the assistance as fast as possible.

Employment Hero has genuinely simplified HR at Trampoline NH. Recruitment through to onboarding feels seamless, no clunky handoffs or duplicated admin like we've had with other systems.

The app for clocking in and out is a particular highlight. It's simple and intuitive, staff picked it up straight away with zero training needed.

Would happily recommend it to any organisation looking to cut admin friction without losing functionality.

I have found Employment Hero really intuitive and easy to use as a System Admin. They release regular updates, and their new Doc Studio is fantastic. It saves us a lot of time with templates and bulk issuing documents. The customer support has also been great, as well as the built-in Hero AI. Highly recommend.

Employment Hero makes everything easier. As a new user i found it really easy to navigate and makes looking after employees simple and efficient.

Since implementing Employment Hero HR and Employment Hero Payroll at Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), we have seen significant improvements in the way we manage our people and payroll processes.

Previously, we used IRIS Payroll, where many payroll activities were completed manually. This included entering new starter and leaver information, calculating overtime, additional hours for contracted employees, relief worker hours, payroll additions and deductions, statutory payments, and other payroll adjustments. These manual processes were time-consuming and increased the risk of errors.

After moving to Employment Hero Payroll and integrating it with the Employment Hero HR platform, many of these processes have become automated. Employee information entered in the HR platform is mirrored directly into Payroll, eliminating duplicate data entry for starters, leavers, and employee changes. This has saved considerable administrative time and improved data accuracy.

Some of the key benefits we have experienced include:

While we have already realised many benefits, we recognise that we are still only using a portion of the platform's capabilities. Some payroll calculations and adjustments are still completed manually because we are gradually introducing business rules and refining our payroll processes.

Going forward, we plan to make greater use of Employment Hero's automation features, workflows, reporting capabilities, and integrations. We are currently working towards integrating Sage Intacct with Employment Hero to automate payroll journals, which we expect will further improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial reporting.

Overall, our experience has been positive. Employment Hero has provided us with a modern, integrated HR and payroll solution that has reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, and laid the foundation for further automation as our organisation continues to optimise its processes.

Easy for both Employees and Employers to navigate

The system is good, unfortunately there support in the back ground for the system is very slow and can take a few days for any action before it is resolved with their system. The accounts department absolutely no help at all, we had an issue and didn't hear back from them for nearly 7 days and not to mention they are in different country so you are working on there time zone, which is pretty bad for Employment Hero Customers, that are in a different country to Australia.

It’s been a great platform for us as a business. The reporting is excellent.

To top it off, the team are so helpful. Highly recommend.

Employment Hero is simple to use with effectiveness of easy use for our employees. The holiday new feature is great it clearly shows how much annual leave you have left and also all employees as in the HR team this makes task much more quicker when dealing with holiday queries.
