Difficult to contact company with problems.
Once my order was placed I received confirmation but the order didn’t arrive. I tried repeatedly to contact them through the website options and didn’t get any response. Finally I searched for alternative phone number and made contact. The matter was resolved quickly and I received my order. The website needs to have correct contact information.

No refund
I ordered a lawn mower, understanding from other reviews that it might take a while to get it. It didn't come, and Emmeti never contacted me to tell me they couldn't fill the order. I emailed them, and they said they couldn't get the mower any longer and would issue a refund. That was almost two months ago. They have said twice now that the refund will be processed, but it hasn't come. I will update this if they do issue a refund, but at this point they do not seem to be a respectable business to use.

It took 1 month to send the item, and around 1 week to receive it.
The one month is okay, considering that at the time, the website indicated that the store was low on it.
With that said, what makes me think twice about using this store again, is the lack of response. I try to contact them, just to ensure that the delay was normal. Never received an answer. If anything goes wrong, I have the feeling that I will lose whatever I bought.

DO NOT USE. Spent €300 online and the 18th June and I've not received my parcel. I can see it hasn't even left Italy. The customer service continue to tell you the parcel is coming and refuse to refund your money. Then they refuse to refund the money until the courier returns it. But the item isn't moving anywhere. So you get no product and they keep your money. Buy your tools somewhere else.

Wrong stock balance - it became expensive
Hi, I ordered a battery 8 Ah, was supposed to be available but not. Got a 15 Ah instead and 100 Euro more in cost. Not so fun.

No refund and no product! Absolutely unacceptable.
Here is the chaotic timeline of my experience with this store:May 14: I placed my order and paid.May 25: The store canceled the order and wrote: “we decided to proceed immediately with the full refund… The credit transaction has already been initiated.”June 4: Instead of the refund, they generated a shipping label (BRT tracking: 049051453198).As of today, I have NOT received my refund, and I do NOT have the product. They are holding my money and sending conflicting updates. This is extremely unprofessional. I demand my money back immediately!

I placed an order several weeks ago and it was only in the past couple of days that I was informed I am not receiving the order. The reason given is you cannot deliver to Ireland. If that is the case then I should have been informed of this at the time of purchase on your website. It’s very poor customer service.

I ordered a Makita tool 8 weeks ago. Never Received it and it took 8 Weeks to get the Money Back!!
I ordered a Makita tool 3 weeks ago on Apr 20 and so far I still do not have it. I wrote customer service twice after the tool had not shipped after 7 days. I received no response to those emails. Eventually I recieved confirmation and a tracking number from an automated email on Apr 29, but the tool is still somewhere in transit. It's only being shipped from Italy to Denmark, it shouldnt take this long for a small package to arrive.
Based on other reviews I am reading and the company's replies , I am sure the company will reply here and tell me to contact customer service. I HAVE DONE THAT TWICE AND YOU HAVEN'T RESPONDED. You need to find my emails and respond accordingly and then I will update this review based on that.
UPDATE: 21 Days and counting... Still no tool, and no response from customer service
UPDATE: 36 Days and counting...No Tool, and no refund from the company.
UPDATE: 60 Days....Tool never received and finally just got issued a refund after requesting it 30 days ago. WOW. That's really bad. Would stay far away from this store.
I ended ordering from another online store in Europe and had the tool in my hand 3 days later!
