I'm sorry there's no zero rating, don't trust this store with a single cent.Twenty days ago, I bought a saw from them for 900 euros, which they sent to me after three days, but after just two days I suspected something was wrong because the tracking number didn't change, the shipment was in Turin the whole time.I started sending emails and made three phone calls, but there was no result. They assured me that the shipment was in my city and that their partner BRT was looking for the best bidder for delivery (what a lie), and they turned a deaf ear to my requests for a refund. The day before yesterday, a new tracking number appeared, according to which the BRT partner in my country told me that the shipment never left Italy and that was the last straw.I requested immediate termination of the contract and a refund within 48 hours, otherwise I will report them to the European Consumer Center (ECC) and initiate measures with my bank. After an hour I received a response that they would refund my money. That was the day before yesterday, today I received a credit note.Now when they read this, the same old story begins "we're sorry, we understand your frustration, la,la,blah,blah...", well... it's the company of "business wizards" of the famous Martina brothers...

Don't let them fool you with stories about an "internal investigation with the courier service". This is their problem, your money must be returned. If you don't receive a refund confirmation within 48 hours, use these tools:Start a "Chargeback" (Dispute transaction): If you paid with a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal, immediately log in to your bank (or PayPal account) and open a dispute for the transaction from August 15. State "Goods not received" as the reason. Provide them with proof of purchase and the BRT tracking number. The bank/PayPal will immediately freeze their money and return it to you, and the merchant will then have to justify himself to his bank. This is the fastest and safest way to protect yourself. Report them to the ECC (European Consumer Centre): Since this is a cross-border purchase within the EU, you can seek free legal assistance through the European Consumer Centre in your country. They will officially contact ECC Italy, which will then directly pressure Emmeti Store to resolve the issue according to the law.

Brilliant; items arrived when expected; well packaged; price was great; spent all day yesterday using pole saw and extension trimmer; cut so much material so quickly I spent the whole afternoon gathering up; so delighted and a great deal to boot.

I order a Rubi grout scraper tool. Am delighted with it.

Absolute Katastrophe!

Vor 8 Wochen haben wir zwei Klimaanlagen bestellt und bis heute ist nichts geliefert worden. Es gibt weder eine nachvollziehbare Sendungsverfolgung noch eine verbindliche Aussage, wann die Ware endlich ankommt.

Seit Wochen werden wir nur mit immer neuen Ausreden hingehalten: „Die Ware ist unterwegs“, „Wir wissen nicht, wo sie ist“, „Bitte haben Sie noch etwas Geduld.“ Doch es passiert einfach nichts.

Der Kundenservice ist extrem enttäuschend. Statt Probleme zu lösen, wird man immer wieder vertröstet und im Ungewissen gelassen. So behandelt man keine Kunden.

Nach acht Wochen Wartezeit ohne Lieferung und ohne verlässliche Informationen kann ich dieses Unternehmen absolut nicht empfehlen. Wer Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Ehrlichkeit und guten Service legt, sollte sich lieber einen anderen Anbieter suchen.

An absolute disaster!

We ordered two air conditioning units 8 weeks ago, and to this day nothing has been delivered. There is no reliable tracking information and no clear answer as to when the goods will finally arrive.

For weeks we have been given nothing but one excuse after another: “The shipment is on its way,” “We don’t know where it is,” “Please be a little more patient.” Yet nothing ever happens.

The customer service is extremely disappointing. Instead of solving the problem, they keep making excuses and leaving us completely in the dark. This is not how customers should be treated.

After eight weeks of waiting with no delivery and no reliable information, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. If you value reliability, honesty, and good customer service, you are better off buying from another supplier.

I bought a makita 36v grass trimmer, it arrived at my doorstep within 5 days in Denmark so im very satisfied with that - also it came in an extra cardboard box for protection which is another +.

I will be buying at this store next time I need tools.

Once my order was placed I received confirmation but the order didn’t arrive. I tried repeatedly to contact them through the website options and didn’t get any response. Finally I searched for alternative phone number and made contact. The matter was resolved quickly and I received my order. The website needs to have correct contact information.

Emmeti Store have a really good range and very good pricing for premium tools and quality brands.

Whilst we did have a few logistical issues with my order, the support team were very helpful and managed to resolve them despite tech challenges and strikes at their logistics partner.

Challenges happen in business. The measure of a good business is how well they manage those challenges.

UPDATE 7/23: Emmeti did issue a refund. It seemed to take the negative review to get them to do it or at least to do it promptly, but it was issued.

I ordered a lawn mower, understanding from other reviews that it might take a while to get it. It didn't come, and Emmeti never contacted me to tell me they couldn't fill the order. I emailed them, and they said they couldn't get the mower any longer and would issue a refund. That was almost two months ago. They have said twice now that the refund will be processed, but it hasn't come. I will update this if they do issue a refund, but at this point they do not seem to be a respectable business to use.

Got the item as expected

It took 1 month to send the item, and around 1 week to receive it.

The one month is okay, considering that at the time, the website indicated that the store was low on it.

With that said, what makes me think twice about using this store again, is the lack of response. I try to contact them, just to ensure that the delay was normal. Never received an answer. If anything goes wrong, I have the feeling that I will lose whatever I bought.

DO NOT USE. Spent €300 online and the 18th June and I've not received my parcel. I can see it hasn't even left Italy. The customer service continue to tell you the parcel is coming and refuse to refund your money. Then they refuse to refund the money until the courier returns it. But the item isn't moving anywhere. So you get no product and they keep your money. Buy your tools somewhere else.

They answered my mail but I can follow my package tracking I haven't received a tracking number it says it Ben send July 1 but nothing happened since
