I spent a lot of money on a sheet so I was expecting a lot. Firstly I got an email to say my order had been dispatched but never that it had arrived. I realised when checking the tracking and noticed it had been delivered 4 days earlier but I never got a notification to say so. This made it difficult to collect as well.
The sheet feels nice but it’s huge? I always get this exact size of fitted sheet from other shops but this one seems very big and loose. I also waited specifically for the Lyocell/Tencel sheets to be in stock to keep me cool during the summer. I know it’s meant to be sweat wicking which is what I wanted but any tiny amount of sweat is staining the sheet? I’ve washed it before use so I really don’t think it should be doing that, it looks really unsightly.

I love the tencel bed sheets
I love the tencel bed sheets. I already got two sets and recommended it to a couple of friends who also bought it and are loving it. They are super soft, even better than I expected. They also dry suuuper fast, which makes it very practical for cleaning. Shipping and delivery was super fast.

I was super disappointed!!!!!!
I was super disappointed with delivery service, multiple promised dates and delivery times, that I decided to cancel my order and even report the case to PayPal for potential scam. Eminza made me wait for delivery 4 full days in my apartment as they promised daily that my products are arriving. Super unprofessional. I do not recommend this website unless you want to wait a month for a product or gamble with potential scam. Horrible.
Estaba muy decepcionado con el servicio de entrega, múltiples fechas y horarios de entrega prometidos, que decidí cancelar mi pedido e incluso reportar el caso a PayPal por posible estafa. Eminza me hizo esperar la entrega 4 días completos en mi apartamento mientras prometían diariamente que mis productos estaban llegando. Súper poco profesional. No recomiendo este sitio web a menos que quieras esperar un mes por un producto o arriesgarte a una posible estafa.
