I have problems with connection EMDR…
I have problems with connection EMDR application with headpone. I can not hear sounds, althouth application shows everything works ok, but I cant hear it!
Process of connection to EMDR application is difficult and may be I am doing some mistakes, but thats the problem of the application EMDR, because it should be easy for client! Or also the information about connections to application should be much more easier for clients from abroud!
Pulsators work ok, only one of them is all the time less full than other.
The design of pulsators and headphone is nice, I like it. If only evrything works properly!
The price of your product is not cheap for me, so I would like you improve communication with client to help me your product works properly !

A great product
Easy to order, delivery smooth and timely.
I love the EMDR kit and the flexibility of it. The light bar and buzzers are great when used together.
I use the kit 3 to 4 days a week with 5-6 clients a day. The durability and ease of use via the phone app make being an EMDR Practitioner easier. I use the buzzers when doing walking EMDR and the light bar has a great travel bag to keep it safe and secure.

The prices listed on our webshop are tax-exclusive for Canadian customers, which is consistent with the current tax legislation.
What this means for you is that VAT and any applicable import duties are now handled directly by Canadian customs. These costs are not included in the cost of the international shipping.
Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty.

Amazing service
My light bar stopped working out of the blue. I emailed the helped desk and within the hour they responded. They immediately ordered a replacement lighter for me and sent it out before the hour was over. They not only were helpful but very professional and caring.

The buzzer would not connect via the EMDR Kit app. It wasn't until the session was complete that I got it to work. I had to uninstall all devices and then reinstall them.
Then it worked fine. I've used them successfully in many sessions.

With a stable Bluetooth connection, connectivity issues should not occour.
-It is important to have the Pulsators properly charged before using them.
-They should be flashing blue when they are activated (pairing mode). The Pulsators will flash blue for 30 seconds and if they are not connected within this time window, you will have to activate (shake) them again.
In case of a minor connection bug, reinstalling the app and restarting your phone or tablet can resolve this right away.
