We accidentally ordered the wrong type/size and the customer service team kindly exchanged our product. Really appreciate the flexibility - luckily now our baby will take the bottle!

Emulate starter kit

We bought their starter kit. We only used the anatomical bottle once. We didn't like the product. It required our baby to have a very awkward angle and de tit was kept collapsing. Unfortunately, I did not read their 14 days return policy…. The product has to be unused!!!!! So they don't give scope to test their product. I wonder if they have that policy because the want to cover themselves. All companies that believe in their products would allow a trial period. We requested a refund and it got rejected as the one of the bottles was used (only once!!!!). And that the have consultants available. But we just didn't like the product and we don't want it anymore. It is upsetting how this company invest in marketing that targets desperate parents.

Just terrible bottles for the price

Just terrible bottles for the price. The teat collapses in. I left a comment on their Instagram to which their response was to undo the bottle lid slightly. I gave that a go and the only way for the teat not to collapse on sucking was for the lid to be undone the entire way which for obvious reasons is just stupid. I honestly think the entire company is just a fad. The idea of the bottle is great to help with bottle rejection (not that it helped us), but the execution is just TERRIBLE. And for the price it's total daylight robbery. I also opted for the smallest nipple size which was still far too big in comparison to my own. Honestly just annoyed the price is extortionate for something which essentially cannot be used.

Not for us but positive experience

The bottle wasn’t for us as the silicone is too thin and so the teat collapses in. The anatomical bottle is also a bit odd to hold but it is probably down to personal preference. The product is well made and looks great.

We ended up asking for a return and costumer service responded very quickly and got the refund processed immediately.

Overall, it seems like a good company and a really good concept bottle but it just didn’t work for us.

Teat collapses. Doesn't work.

These bottles are so expensive for no reason. Baby can't latch as the nipple collapses. So unfortunate that I've wasted money on a bottle that can't be used.

I wouldn't recommend these bottles at all.
