My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered, the tracking also shows that.
When i contacted them for support i was told that i would need to pay for my order again in full if i wanted it, even though i never received it and wouldn’t replace the order, even with DPD confirming it wasnt delivered.

I would like to make it clear I’ve been trying to contact them for the last 3 days for an update and to resolve this issue and I’ve been completely ignored.
Since being informed that I needed to wait until the 14th for an update, I’ve been ignored for the past 3 days in trying get this update.
To clarify the issue started before the parcel was redirected as it was supposed to be delivered to a locker, according to DPD the locker was full so it couldn’t be delivered, but then the driver was able to put it in a locker after already confirming there was no space, this meant that my parcel was labelled as undelivered even thought it wasn’t. I was advised by DPD to rearrange my delivery to my home as this should get it back out of the locker, but this also did nothing.
This information was provided to you when I raised this issue, but just like my recent emails to yourself, it seems this information was ignored.

We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review, as we feel some important context has been omitted.
At no point did DPD confirm that your parcel had been lost. Whilst the tracking showed that the parcel had not been been delivered, DPD advised us that the parcel was subject to an active investigation. Throughout this process, we remained in regular contact with DPD and provided updates as soon as we received them.
We would also like to clarify that this situation arose after the delivery address for the parcel was redirected following dispatch. This is an important part of the timeline that has not been mentioned in your review. Whilst DPD offers redirection services, changing the delivery destination once a parcel is already within the courier's network can sometimes introduce delays or complications. Unfortunately, once a parcel is in the courier's possession, we have very limited control over their internal processes.
We also want to address your comment that you felt ignored. We are genuinely sorry that you felt this way, as this was never our intention. During the investigation we were actively seeking updates from DPD so that we could provide you with accurate information rather than speculation. We also attempted to make contact with you during this period but unfortunately did not receive a response. At no stage did we intentionally ignore your messages or avoid resolving the matter.
We did not refuse to resolve the issue. Our position throughout was simply that we needed DPD to complete their investigation, which typically takes 6–10 working days from the date the investigation is opened, before we could determine the appropriate resolution. While the tracking showed the parcel had not been delivered, this alone did not allow us to bypass DPD's investigation process. As soon as DPD confirmed the investigation had concluded, we contacted you with the available options to resolve the matter.
For anyone reading this review, we simply want to provide the full context. This was not a case where we failed to dispatch the order or refused to help. The order was dispatched promptly, the delivery address was then changed after dispatch, the parcel entered DPD's investigation process, and we followed the courier's required procedure before offering a resolution.
Customer service is extremely important to us, and we always aim to resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible. We are genuinely sorry that this experience was frustrating and appreciate that waiting for a courier investigation is never ideal. Should you wish to discuss the matter further, we remain happy to assist.
