When my auto policy came up for renewal, I called Jim - literally last minute! He spent a lot of time at night, shopped all companies, and recommended that I am better off to stick with my present insurance company. He gave me valuable advice on an important insurance gap he saw in my home owners policy, that costs only a very small amount in premium increase to correct! I then called my present agency and took care of that!

As life goes, my car insurance made a significant leap despite a good driving record and sticking with the same company. Getting nowhere over the phone with a standard corporate rep, I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Kreisman Insurance. Jim was professional, personable, and eager to balance my needs + budget. Cross shopping multiple companies, he makes a usually complicated process as efficient as possible... and boom! Found an annual premium several hundred dollars less than originally quoted. There is no reason not to go through an agent like Jim and I will be sure to seek him out again in the future!
