Waiting for over a week for my parcel. It's impossible to contact either help line or delivery services. Feel like I'm left to myself till someone will notice my case. Hudge disappointment

Ordered products, although tried to contact before to report a price match but was unable to through the link on the website or through phone despite doing as the recorded message stated 'leave your details and we will get back to you'. Products arrived relatively quick although the package had obviously been damaged and one product was missing. Currently awaiting a resolution to the issues found. Most products arrived and were of good quality.

Bought a very heavily discounted pram from Direct 2 Mum online (over 50%off from anywhere else I’d seen), so was somewhat doubtful it would be as described... But it was all perfect: the pram was dispatched the same day and available for delivery the next day! It was all perfectly packaged and brand new! Really pleased with our bargain and the service received.
