Amazing concept ruined by awful app

Amazing concept, frustrating implementation. Constant technical issues have ruined the concept -
- photos not "delivered" to the app when found, having to email customer service and it takes AGES for customer service to respond.
- the app becoming unclickable, glitching
- the app not accepting the correct answers (had the right answer, the app won't accept it - after 1.5hrs of thinking, reviewing, trying every possible iteration of the answer, slowly getting hints - the final hint was revealed to be the answer we had put in the first place - and it still won't accept it)

It has become a huge waste of time and a source of frustration - not fun. You don't know if you don't have the right answer or if the app is just broken again. With limited time to relax and play games, it is upsetting to have so much time wasted on technical issues.

Have spent 10hrs on this, gotten almost nowhere due to the app. Do not buy.
