We have 3 of your upright vacuums and they perform very well, easy to use and easy to empty. Great product

I bought the corded version of the lit vac floor washer 6 months ago. Now its time to replace the mop head brush and air filter. Went to Amazon ordered the parts with the model number on the machine and picture showing the correct parts. They show up the brush was an inch to short and the filter was angled not square. Tried Amazon again even though the picture showed the correct parts the result was the same, wrong parts don't fit.
Went to the manufacturer web site ordered the parts. They show up right filter this time and the brush was the correct length. But the spines on the drive gear didn't match the brush and would not seat at all. I like the machine and the way it works is great. There are a few machines that have the same function they cost a little more but have a manufacturer name I know and trust. Not to mention there parts are available in the store they are sold at.De.Tineco
I suggest you fire the engineers and get someone that understands cross compatibility will make customers happy and inventory
Much less confusing and costly.

I use the vacuum mop about everyday seeing I have a new puppy. The battery last a long time and it cleans the floor great. One draw back is removing debris by hand like hair. Other than that great product.

I love Tineco. Ill never go back! Great products but also amazing customer service. Fixed my vacuum in a week for free and updated me the entire time, and followed up afterwards

I accidentally through out a part to my vacuum. I called them up and because I purchased within a year they sent me a replacement part out immediately. It was such a pleasure to work with them.
