The tags look like jellerey, top quality materials and engravings and exactly as shown on the screen when you design them. Delivery is also quite fast which helps when the dog has lost it as it happens sometimes. Highly recommended!!!

This is not an Irish company. They seem to have a website in every country in Europe!
I bought a clip, dog tag and collar from their site it took weeks to get here and then discovered the clip doesn’t fit their own collars! Probably buying them on Temu and pretending they have a website!
I complained and they did refund me the dog tag clip €6 but nothing else despite my repeat email that I can’t use the €17 dog collar.

Dog tags were exactly as described on the website and are durable. Writing is clear and easily seen. Delivery times were not as described it took 3 weeks to come.

Dog tag is perfect. As others noted this company is not Irish so allow additional time for arrival. Star deducted as the .ie is misleading when trying to buy Irish.

This company is a SCAM. Misleading.ie they are NOT IRISH as their website would lead you to believe. They promote shipping within 24hrs. I'm waiting over 3 weeks and being fobbed off. Had to purchase elsewhere as they were needed . AVOID!!
UPDATE: after numerous email communications with customer service , I was offered a refund. The tags eventually arrived after 3+ weeks. Not solid quality and you could scrape the coating on the metal off with your nail. Fine if you paid Temu prices for them but not amazing at the price this website sells. Overall not the total scam I initially thought but still unsatisfied with this company as the tags hadn't arrived on the date I needed them.

Very good product, excellent quality and really looks great, I would highly recommend this company, I also found their customer service excellent and very quick to respond to any queries,

We have been buying from dogtag for 6 years now and never had a disappointment. We only needed to replace the tag because we moved. Service is great and efficient.

I ordered 2 dog collars with engraving on them on the 28/4/26 as part of a birthday gift ! It is now 9/6/26 and there is still no sign of them? I have emailed customer service and all I get is oh we will send a replacement? At this stage I just want my refund please ! Never had such trouble with an order in my life and never had to wait this long ! Not even the likes of Temu, shein or others orders take this long ! And these are being shipped from Switzerland? 🤷‍♀️

Very easy to navigate the website. Lovely sized dog tag. Unfortunately it took along time for delivery. I thought it was Irish company and id have parcel in few days. Otherwise product was perfect so if ur not in a hurry ur fine.

The tags arrived and are good quality, text could be slightly larger to fit tag. Just be warned, delivery is very slow, it took 4 weeks for my tags to arrive.

Avoid, order placed over 2 wks ago and no sign of tracking etc... multiple emails sent with no response.

SCAM SCAM SCAM , AVOID . This company isnt in ireland . 3 weeks , still no tags , ignored all emails . The dont communicate back . Do not use.

Ordered a steel dog tag and very impressed with the quality.

Great to deal with. Postage was a little slow (due to Christmas) I enquired. And my query was expertly dealt with, which made a big difference.

“I ordered from dogstag.ie as I believed it was an Irish company. Ordered on 4th December and now 8th January and not delivered. On contacting them, they said they shipped them again but still no tags. Their responses were poor to my emails. They asked me to review the products that I hadn’t received. I tried to post an honest review but they don’t post negative reviews. Disappointed.
