My experience was horrible. I was seen by a doctor and clearly explained that another doctor in Europe had previously prescribed me a medication and that I had resistance to the medication she was going to prescribe because it simply does not work for me.

Even after I explained this, she ignored my concerns and prescribed the exact medication that I knew would not work for me. I ended up spending money on the consultation and the medication, and now I will have to see a GP again because I need the other medication.

I felt that my medical history and what I was telling her were completely disregarded.

Zero stars for the service. I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

My doctor Zara Kiran was so kind and investing in finding out the problem and helping me, she was dedicated, efficient professional and made me feel comfortable, very good care!

Very easy to book an appointment same day for a time that suits you. Was on the phone all of 3 minutes I explained what was wrong got a prescription and it all only cost 35 euro. Makes booking a doctors appointment much easier when it’s not costing 60 euro a visit !

I had a very disappointing experience with this online consultation. I booked and paid for a video consultation at 10:10, but the doctor called around 10:20 and only conducted an audio call. He did not introduce himself or confirm his identity at the start of the consultation, which made me unsure whether I was actually speaking to the doctor.
The consultation lasted only a few minutes. After I explained my symptoms, I was simply advised to go to the hospital. I was then told that no prescription could be provided because only repeat prescriptions were issued. This was never made clear when I booked the appointment.
I paid expecting a proper medical assessment through a video consultation, but I did not receive the service that was advertised. The consultation felt rushed, lacked professionalism, and provided very little value. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

All I wanted was a repeat prescription I spent exactly 2 minutes on the phone to dr aleena and said she would email my pharmacy right away and give me 3 months prescription without me even asking her. I rang the pharmacy 2 days later they hadn't received one. when I eventually got hold of her only because I emailed dox online I got it.now my pharmacy informed me I only have 1 month prescription. when I informed dox online i was told i would have to book a follow up appointment. when I emailed dox online to ask why I was told I would be given 3 months prescription and not informined I only had 1 month I received no response. I'm not happy with my experience with this doctor or dox online

Very quick to get an appointment. Doctor was appropriately concerned and i felt listened to. When I realised the pharmacy I had asked them to send the prescription to was closed today, I emailed and they sent the prescription to a new pharmacy. I really really value this service for the lack of wait times and the low price.
