The people have helped me when I contacted them. I did not know that all my payments would be converted to $US. This makes them far too expensive for me as I am a pensioner The second purchase was a mistake and I rang immediately. They told me it had already been dispatched, which I found hard to believe but I was told I could return it when I received it. Sorry to inconvenience you but at 84 years of age I have to be so careful with my money with everything being so expensive these days.

Epiccooler doesn't cool
Epiccooler sells a unit which is supposed to cool and heat. But the unit I received does not do the cooling part at all, it only works like a fan. So I was very disappointed, since I also had a very long wait time for the delivery of my units.

The boards were just too small for my needs, particularly when cutting a large portion of something. It would also be nice if it had a channel to catch juices. I see that it does scratch, but apparently that is not a big deal.

The product is poor
The product is poor, too small - I ordered large and its like a child's overall, thin flimsy material, poorly made and with a label in Chinese attached. Had to wait a month for it to arrive too. Impossible to get a refund!! Do not buy anything, if you think you might buy something from them, save yourself the stress and either burn your money or throw it away.

The unit does not cool
The unit does not cool. It feels like only a fan. Change the temp and it stays the same temperature. And there is nothing on the box that says epicooler.

Delayed delivery
Delayed delivery. When I received initial package , it was damaged. I asked for a refund , instead they sent me two more items. When I tried the Epicoolers , it didn’t not cool the room at all . All it did was blow air at room temperature . Very disappointing

Quick response to my problem
I live in a very dry climate& was happy to read about your product. “ free shipping” if i ordered 2. I filled out my info but then got distracted at home-for several minutes, when I returned to my phone i already had a message that “my order was processed” i did not think i had confirmed it, too late to cancel I was told.that was very fast! I was charged shipping. I accepted anyway & when received was surprised it was so simple & just lightweight plastic. It leaked . Every morning my bedside table was flooded. I moved it to the bathroom tile countertop where it wouldnt damage anything but is also not as beneficial. The lights are nice but a bit bright for sleeping. So all told, i have not been too pleased with this product, tho you all have been very responsive, which i appreciate!

It is August 6 and I have still not received my package from guardality I haven’t gotten my refund either. Last I knew my package was sitting an hour and a half away in Albuquerque.
No effort has been made by this company to honor my purchase or to refund it.
