The iron on name tags for clothing, do not work! They come off in the first or second wash of the clothing item and clog your machine filter. I read the instructions very carefully to ensure I was using the correct method and it made no difference. I gave 2 stars because the name stickers did work well.

I ordered a set of stickers on 23rd of…
I ordered a set of stickers on 23rd of September. The delivery never arrived and thats ok it can happen. I sent an email near the end of September and didn’t get any reply from the customer service. Couple of days later I called them over the phone and a representative told me my shipment was lost in delivery but he will contact the HQ and I will be sent a new set of stickers. Five days later I received an email to which I had to confirm my Adress in order for my second set to be shipped. Now is the 11th and I still haven’t received an confirmation that my order was reshipped and my package still hasn’t arrived yet I received an email to rate Gutmarkiert. Well this is my rating and If I could I would assign 0 stars. There is no return feedback, no confirmation and no communication. At this point it just feels as a scam website and I feel disrespected. Its been more than 20 days and I still don’t know where my order is nor If it is sent at all and we are talking hear about a set of stickers that are sent in an envelope not a big package. Hope this is just my case but very very disappointing.
