Top marks for products, service and delivery - all excellent! I ordered several items, one of which arrived out of date. I wrote and documented asking for a refund. Had a very fast response that took initiative to find and correct situation to prevent similar problems. They went above and beyond to show they care about their customers. They showed their company to have the highest of standards and service. Anyone can get things right, but the way things are handled when something goes wrong as happens from time to time in life that really shows you what someone and their organisation is made of.
