I am writing this review because…
I am writing this review because Glamuse has failed to adequately address what I believe to be an incorrect charge on my account. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation and providing proof of my transactions and orders, I have received no meaningful resolution. Instead, I have been left to investigate and resolve the issue myself.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the lack of accountability and customer support throughout this process. At no point has Glamuse offered a reasonable solution, meaningful assistance, or a clear path toward resolving the issue.
This experience has significantly undermined my trust in the company. I would caution potential customers to be aware of how disputes are handled, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. A company should be willing to investigate questionable charges and work with its customers toward a fair resolution, and Glamuse has failed to do so in my case.

They don’t clearly state that it’s only one return label per order and did nothing to help when it came to returning an order. If it was more clearly stated I would’ve made sure to return all items together knowing you only get one return label. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

Flawless Purchase needing Slight Design Adjustment
The process to order was easy and efficient, the delivery was faster than expected and the packaging was very nice. I like the swimsuit, but the ability to adjust the straps more could be better to allow more support, compared to a similar Sunflair swimsuit that I purchased in store years ago. That suit is still in great shape. I need just a little more tightness with the straps for better support, so I will have to alter them. The swimsuit was on sale and a budget friendly compared to some the other more expensive ones. It met my specifications for material, chlorine resistance and care. Other than that I would order the Sunflair brand again. Thank you!

The quality of all products and brands on Glamuse is astounding. I was really impressed by the materials and soft touch of all items lingerie and sleepwear.
Moreover the sizing instructions and smart size recommendations of the app are what made the entire experience perfect - I ordered more than 20 different bras models from different brands and did not return even a single one. Amazing! Thank you Glamuse!
