When I went for my regular 3 month A1C check my count went from 6.8-9.6. I was taking my same diabetic meds. A couple weeks later i was throwing up blood. I have written several emails and talked to customer service reps trying to get the guaranteed refund but I hear from no one. Just telling people to beware of what you order from this company!

I have NEVER stuggled to get a money back refund as I have with this company. What a joke. I might as well flush my money down the toilet . There should be a "No star" option. Any one interested in starting a class action against this company?

Dr Phil and his coconspirators have ripped everyone off that has bought this product. Can't get any help from anyone on returning this crap. Everything Dr Phil says on that thing is just false nothing but a lie

I ordered the six bottles of glucozem for $294. I received the product and it was not the ingredients that were described on the infomercial that I spent 30 minutes of my time watching till the end with Dr Phil talking about his wife having diabetes. The ingredients he said that were in there are cinnamon bark some Japanese ingredient a bunch of other stuff. When I received the product those were not the ingredients it tasted like sugar water and it said the ingredients had ginger, fennel..etc and these things that you couldn't even taste it was literally a placebo. Definitely do not spend your money ordering this product maybe there is a product out there similar to this I don't know but do not waste your money on GLUCOZEN Do not waste your time watching the video to the end Dr Oz is also implicated that he had something to do with this product which I'm sure he does not. I did get my full refund so they do have a 100% money back guarantee and they did follow through with that They also ask you to buy other products to go along with it but do not do that. I have type 2 diabetes metformin and insulin weren't working for me so I decided to purchase this product. Never again with these AI infomercials.. idk. Always read this sites reviews they are accurate. Unfortunately I didn't do the sufficient research. :0(

GlucoZen liquid does not work and the 60day money back guarantee is a joke, they make you jump through hoops and takes forever. I bought this product on April 17th and the site took the money right away. But requesting a refund they keep taking you to different email addresses with no response. With someone who is retired and having issues with diabetes I was looking for a solution to lower my numbers. This product is not the way to go.

I purchased the product and the researched the facts they put out on the internet big mistake on my part doing it backwards. So the next day I contacted the company and asked for a refund. Laura responded back to get more details about the problem and I just said I’ve read that the video I watched was false. She sent me the link for the refund process. This was a joke and ridiculous. I knew this was going to be a long journey. About 50 questions and then ac45-60 days to get approved for the refund after you send the product back. Mind you I didn’t have the product and I told them that and not to send it. What did they do sent it out 4 days later. Wow this company is not in for customer satisfaction. They sent me tracking information and it’s been sitting in GA for 2 weeks. The company is a scam I work in retail and we don’t hesitate the take care of the customer (even if they opened the package and didn’t like the product)

I’m waiting to return my empty bottle’s for a money return, I have copd and after two months supply I still need my oxygen I don’t feel anything different since before starting the course it’s a honest reply to what I think.
