I ordered a lot of wine from this company. Earlier I had ordered wine on a offer of buy one get one free. The most recent being buy 2 and get one free. From both orders I have not received the free bottles so no more GIORDANOVINS for me after 10 years of being a customer.

Having placed an pored and received confirmation of the order being placed on the 18th May, nothing further heard Sandy has taken over 11 days to process order and wines have not been placed with delivery company yet, despite your advertising expedited delivery

I think the wine is ok but delivery…
I think the wine is ok but delivery from GLS is a joke, they don't know when it will be delivered.
It's been 20 days so far since my order was placed.
Found some nice Italian wine on Amazon so placed an order, delivery in 2 days!
Quick up-date, 21 days and nothing from GLS/Giordano but Amazon wine arrived today, 1 day from ordering.

I like the wines from your company
I like the wines from your company, which I recommend to friends and give as gifts. I wish your ads and promotions, however, would be more consistent. If I order a case of wine online one day but the next day get an ad that advertises the same wines at a lower price, it's annoying. Otherwise I'm pleased:)

We only received half our order
We only received half our order. Have phoned many times and nothing has been sorted. I am being ignored. Same with GLS. Even filled in an attestation sur l'honneur. It was a Christmas present.
Have used Giordano for many years. No more. Very disappointed.
