It was very easy to sign up for care and I received a quick confirmation.

I decided to cancel the subscription for my personal reasons. I can't fully rate the product because I wasn't consistent with it. Because I was concerned about losing my muscles mass but what I am going to Rate on is the hassle of getting in contact with someone and the hassle of someone not getting back in contact with me and me be able to talk with someone because I canceled my subscription and they still took a payment that wasn't supposed to taken.I sent several messages and no one responded to my messages or got back in contact with me. Very disappointed because dealing with taking any type of medication you should be able to speak to someone for any issues. I believe this company limited their contacts on purpose so that it is difficult to get in contact with them. Very frustrating and I never want to deal with a company that I can't speak with someone live, Period

I used to always be skeptical about reviews because I just felt like companies forced it to make themselves look good. I ASKED to make this review because my experience has been nothing but good with gimme. Their customer service is A1. I had a small issue with my vial and boom it was resolved in 3 days. Natalie made sure she kept me updated while they resolved the issue and was in contact with the pharmacy throughout the entire process I never once felt lost or hopeless that my issue wouldn’t be resolved. Great job gimme keep valuing customer satisfaction and you guys will be unstoppable!

It will be 10 business days since ordering my medication and still no meds. I have cancelled future orders with the company and now it says my med (for which I’ve already paid for) is on hold. As far as I’m concerned this company has stolen money from me as they have not given me the product I’ve paid for. They also make it very difficult to speak with customer service.

Really thankful for this service. My shipments are quick and I have a huge decrease in appetite. Still buliding up doses so Im sure weight loss will be very soon :)

Predatory Practices! Gimme.care lures you in with the promise of lower prices than the competition, particularly for the current weight-loss shots. Then they push you through a process that feels like you’re being herded like cattle. It happens so quickly that, before you know it, you’re agreeing to a nearly $500 charge.

Their medical professional approved my qualifications for the medication within minutes. Then they processed the order and sent it to a third-party pharmacy. In the meantime, I learned that this was not the brand-name medication and was not FDA approved, but I didn’t know that because of the wording they used along the way.

When I tried to cancel the order and stop the charge from going through, they didn’t return my calls or messages until it had already been processed by the pharmacy and was being shipped to me. Then they said there was “nothing they could do.” They seemed very used to this type of interaction with upset customers.

Overall, I feel this is a deceptive company, and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Juan was AHMAZING. He was super fast with responses and did exactly what I needed to ease my anxiety. I wanted to make sure my vials weren’t overlapping shipping wise and in two messages it was fixed and corrected. Easy and simple. He got me right on together; awesome customer service !
