I bought my cousin a gift card got her birthday. She was not able to redeem that day at the restaurant so we had to pay. I’m use to the person getting the virtual card right away not 1-2 business days

I felt that your site was misleading, and did not provide a thoughtful gift, but instead a difficulty for the recipient
I felt that your site was very misleading. I thought I was purchasing a gift card for a particular restaurant, which I had carefully chosen, not a way to deposit money that required my recipient to give up personal account information in order to deposit the funds. I would not use this site again because I didn't feel this was clear.

Difficult to redeem
Easy to buy a gift card for a client, but very inconvenient to redeem for end user. With a 2-3 delay. Really not ideal. Cashed it myself and am taking another route to send my thank you gift.

Lots of restaurant choices and was easy to navigate
I wanted to provide a meal for a friend whose family is going through a hard time. If I still lived near my friend I would have made dinner and dropped it off; but I'm two hours away now. It was nice having a broad choice of local restaurants (with flexible gift amounts) including one of our family's favorites. The $5 fee was totally worth it and my friend was really happy to have a meal covered right now.
