First time buying from Geekom I noticed they were super committed to good customer service and the mini pc I got exceeded expectations considering the price, super happy!

When my 2024 AX 8 mini pc TOTALLY FAILED upon "Bitlocker recovery" efforts (prompted by Windows, NOT by me) I contacted Geekom directly. Their advice, offered over several emails and promptly responding to mine by Donnie (ShirleyLi) at Geekom from the start led to a FULL REPLACEMENT of my unit to an upgraded AX8 (with significant improvements to graphics and storage) at ZERO cost to me! I gratefully thank these folks for their immediate attention to my problem, their kindness in correspondence and the EXCELLENT results! I can honestly say I have NEVER done better business with any company and I encourage others to reach out to Geekom if you run into a problem.

Geekom customer support is very responsive and prompt to help me for some issue with my computer.

I bought a XT12 pro for it's small size but due an issue with overheating, I've contacted the support and they did all their possible to solve my issue, which I appreciate a lot.
I recommend their platform for the quality of their product and the client service.

As other reviewers have said, there is a lack of sales support, so hopefully I won't need any technical support. Indeed, their chat was stone dead and I sat around for nearly half an our waiting for someone to respond about a question regarding the complete silence on order progress.

However, the product itself is brilliant, going through the Windows 11 installation was a breeze and The Mini IT 11 i7 is fast and responsive. I am typing this review on it connected to our 4K TV HDMI port and the picture is perfect. This is so good that when my main PC finally gets too old, I would have no hesitation in replacing it with some future Geekom mini PC. I am not a gamer, so I can't comment on gaming performance, but for general PC use such as streaming or watching home 4K videos it is just perfect. My biggest fear when I bought this was fan noise because of some comments made about this, but it is totally silent right now. However, I am guessing the fan may have to work harder in hotter climates or heavy gaming.

Sorry Geekom, you have to get your act together with sales and post sales support, so I have marked you down a star because of this. The total silence between order acknowledgement and the product turning up unannounced plus a stone dead support chat was unacceptable. You have a such great product and it is a pity to spoil it like this.

Exceptional value for money. Its compact footprint are great (I put it behind my screen) and you can easily add a second hard disc and more memory. Best for a simple and clean desktop computer.

I equipped 10 of my colleagues with Mini IT13, core i5, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD, it's a little marvel. Quiet, goes everywhere, lots of connectivity despite its small size. Pre-installed Windows 11 Pro without superfluous software, a joy to install. It remains to be seen over time!

I ordered a MINI AIR 12 PC at the beginning of January 2024.
Normally delivered quickly
On 30/01, despite my requests to know the status of delivery, ZERO replies.
As a result, I had to buy another mini PC from a competitor, which was delivered in 3 days!
I was finally surprised to receive it on 23/02/24.
As I didn't have time to send it back, it's still in its box, so I'll have to see what I do with it!
I'd like to do it again, but I don't go through your direct platform any more but via a platform like Amazon / Ali / etc...

Great computer, but lack of feedback during time between order and effective shipping.

Good design and great functionnalities

After a careful review of "mini-PC", I found Geekcom IT-13 to offer the best performance/price ratio.
I get two HDMI, plenty of USB ports, and 2GB NvME .
I added an internal 4GB SSD for storage extension, and now everything fits in my hand.
