Mindful Health Failed Me When Continuity of Care Actually Mattered
I have been an established patient with Mindful Health for ADHD medication management, and what has happened over the past several weeks has been completely unacceptable.
My prescription was due on August 25, 2026. It was never sent to my pharmacy. I personally confirmed with the pharmacy that they had received nothing from Mindful.
On August 28, Mindful acknowledged the problem and told me my case had been reassigned to their care team and would be handled within 3 business days.
That did not happen.
Instead, the systems patients are supposed to rely on have progressively stopped working. The patient portal verification system no longer works for me. The published phone number does not work. The care-team scheduling link they provided now says online scheduling is unavailable. I followed up again on September 3, and as of September 4, I still have no resolution and no meaningful response.
This is not a minor inconvenience. This is not a slow customer-service ticket. This is a failure to maintain continuity of care for an established patient who depends on ongoing prescription management.
What makes this even more disturbing is that Mindful specifically told me they would address the issue within three business days and then failed to do so while their patient access channels simultaneously became unusable.
I am now being forced to find a new provider simply because I can no longer trust Mindful to reliably communicate, schedule care, or get an established prescription to my pharmacy.
If you are considering using Mindful Health for medication management, especially for a medication that requires consistent follow-up and prescribing, I would strongly recommend having a backup provider in place.

Best doc and customer service experience
Dr. El Sherif Omar Shafie, along with Mica and Angel in customer care, have made MindfulHealth the best experience. Ive never done telehealth, and was very nervous as Ive read some not so great reviews to be honest. My original doctor seemed to abandon me, and Mica set me up with Dr. Omar after being concerned I could not reach my former doctor. He saw me right away, at 7am, before I went to work and was so kind and understanding! He set me up right away and was always available to contact and respond. Angel in customer care called around FOR ME, to find a pharmacy for me. She did it in one day! I couldn't believe the customer service normally its up to me to do that. It was so nice, and the three of them make me feel very secure going forward. So stay tuned! Thank you guys so much ❤️.

I’ve been with Mindful for 3 years now. My overall experience has been good, I’ve been well treated and cared for. I also wanted to give a shout out to Kim with customer service! In my opinion, she is the glue that holds this company together. If Kim doesn’t have a solution to your issue she will call you back the next day or sooner with a way to help.

The rep was great but it sucked that she wasn't able to update my billing information. But she did give me an extension until someone gets the issue resolved. If she cld have took updated new billing card then I wld have given her 5 stars
