Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered a remote gate opener release latch which worked for 9 months then just stopped. When I returned it for warranty they claimed nothing was wrong with it. It literally look them 6 months to return the latch to me only for me to find that I was still not functioning correctly. I have sent countless emails, called and still almost 2 years on I have no resolution. Avoid this company, if you think buying local is a safe bet, it's not with these clowns

Garage Door Remote Win!

The technicians, once I got one on the phone, were absolutely fantastic. Walked me through programming my remotes and solved another problem I had with my gate. Cannot recommend this company enough.
