Do not deal with these people! They scammed me out of more than 2600 euro. I have placed an order now more than 2 months ago. Quickly after placing the order it became clear that they could of would not deliver the exact item I ordered, so I requested to cancel the order, one week after it was placed. They confirmed the cancellation and agreed to fully refund But since then, after countless email and phone calls, they have not yet refunded my money. They keep postponing the refund, and have recently blocked my phone number and stopped replying to emails. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
Edit; they have now replied to this review, prompting to contact them, but at the same time they restarted sending me emails saying that they won't refund me unless I remove this review. I have replied that I will alter the review after I receive the refund. This is clearly a violation of the trustpilot rules, companies cannot offer incentives to hide/alter reviews.
Edit2; They are now claiming in their reply that they don't know who I am. I Have called them more than 7 times last week, and send dozens of emails. I can and will provide proof of my statements to whomever asks for it. They have blocked my phone number in their phone system so I can't contact them anymore. In any case, the order number is #GE78026047, placed on feb. 8, the order amount €2.625,32, and you can see my first name in this review. This should more than suffice to know who I am. Stop stalling and send me the refund.

I ordered from the website direct a module for my heating system in November. Until now I didn't receive it I contacted with them multiple times by email by phone etc and it costs me 422+ € until now I'm writing the review I still dont have it. By the tracking number it says thet they create digitaly tracking number. I contacted with the courier company and they said to me that the sender cancelled the delivery order after 10 day's I payed after almost five months I opened dispute status through my bank to solve this problem a week ago they still sending me email that they receive compensation from the courier company and they send my case to the accountant department of the company. And still don't have the parcel or the money this company goes directly suspended and becomes untrusted for me
My verdict is this company ganz24.com have totally anti professional behaviour to the client's without sense of responsibility.
Item got lost during transport. Seller was only postponing refund indefinitely.had to force refund thru PayPal. Seller absolutely untrustworthy!!!
