Took nearly 2 weeks for them to process my order, then emailed to say that the boots I'd bought were out of stock and issued a refund. Poor service

Very bad customer service and expensive returns
Very bad customer service!
No reply’s to emails, my order came with no reins ( on the website it says reins included)
The bridle I ordered is to big so I arranged a return, when I got to the post office it was £75 to return back to France!
Iv not returned it and will now look to sell it instead.
I would strongly say do not order from this company!!

Do not order it said I had next day delivery for a sweet itch rug it was needed in a emergency as she destroyed her last rug so ordered from this company and it’s been 14 days and still not here I’m so angry iv had to go out and spend another €80 on a rug absolute joke fo not go near this place not worth it

Ibrahim Ismailkoya is a fraud; he has taken a loan from 'Rupee on Time' and is now refusing to answer calls or even respond to messages. If you don't have the means to make the payments, why do you take out a loan in the first place?

They list 14 day returns on their…
They list 14 day returns on their website, what the neglect to say is you have to ship it back to France, it’s at least $20 for anything bigger than a coffee cup. In addition, they shipped a product that was not the same sizing as in the US, but still charged us for shipping. Buy anywhere but at the Gallop-Store in France.
