Total scam! They quoted me a really good price at first, but then I got an email with their actual offer—and they completely lowballed me. 😂 It was unbelievable. It felt like dealing with a shady used-car dealer.
Don’t trust these people, and definitely don’t waste your time sending your stuff to GadgetGone. Based on my experience, the whole process felt like a bait-and-switch. Stay away!

Fast and Flawless
I have sold several phones plus a couple of iPads during the last three years. Every transaction has been smooth, and in one case, they thought the condition was even better than I did and paid me additionally for that device. Their communication is unbeatable and I am picky about anything to do with commerce.

This is my fifth or sixth transaction with GadgetGone and each one has been stellar. I was amazed at how quickly they evaluated my device and issued payment! I had an issue regarding a closed bank account that had been previously used for payment, but Clarisse from GG support quickly responded to my request for help and everything worked out just fine.

Repeat customer... not anymore
I used to use GadgetGone every time I got rid of my iPhone or Apple Watch. The first 3-4 times, they paid me what was predicted. The past two times I’ve used them, they WAY lowballed me, to the point where I paid more for shipping. This most recent one, I sent my watch in that was in flawless condition (it had a case on the front and back its whole life) and was told $162. Just got an email saying MANY scratches and defects in the hardware, and they would give me $72. I told them that was a lie and to give me $100 and it was a deal. They immediately accepted. So, I think GadgetGone has shifted from an honest buyer to a “let’s lowball everyone and see what we get” business model. I will not be using them again.

First time send electronics
First time send electronics in and was skeptical but out of 10 iPhones i sent in i received my full quote on 9, they said one had a small scratch which whatever it was only like $27 less on one. Had no issues and once they received them it was two days later and i had my quote and once I accepted it, i had the full amount in my paypal account same day. I have no complaints.

I sent them eight iPad original original packaging, original charger original everything they broke my iPad. Sent it back and none of the original components was sent back to me, and they refused to give me any money or help and would not give me any money for it. They never emailed me an estimate and then try to give me on a quote. That was supposed to be $209. They tried to give me $34 and when I asked for everything back they sent me something broke.

Simply request a quote, accept the offer, get a shipping label and send it to them. I don't know if I got lucky but replied they had my phone in three days, checked it out and sent me money two days later. Very easy!!

Great Experience and Fantastic Company
I actually did two trade ins at the same time, one to Gadget Gone and another to a different company (they offered just a little bit more for a different phone). I live in Florida and this package arrived three days after I sent it via USPS. I shipped both packages the same day and the other was located here in Florida so they received it next day. Gadget Gone not only received it later, but they processed my trade in the very next business day (it was delivered Saturday they processed it Monday). They gave me an extra bonus amount because it was in great condition, which I try to keep all of my phones in, but regardless, they were awesome. They gave me a little extra and they processed and sent me my money super fast. I was all done and still had to wait an additional three days for the other company to finally process my trade. I would totally recommend Gadget Gone to anyone trading in a phone and I will use them from here on out. Even if they are a few dollars less than others.
