Ordering process was straightforward and it was despatched the same afternoon, arriving 2 days later. Very pleased with that. I bought a keyboard which I thought was a Mac but it was called XtremeMac, which is Mac compatible but not a genuine Mac - which is really what I would have preferred. Key action not as good as a Mac but it works fine. I had tried to ring them to check it was what I wanted a few days before I ordered but their phones didn't work. Chat function was of no use so I sent an email but never got a response. That was disappointing. I went ahead eventually with the order as I'd spilled tea on my original keyboard and needed a quick replacement.

Cancelled my order without any notice…
Cancelled my order without any notice or explanation. Simply issued a refund with no notice after not sending the mouse we ordered for says. I suppose I got my money back immediately which is a positive, but my child was waiting for the mouse he had saved up for and is now disappointed. Bought the same thing from Currys instead, and it was delivered the next day.
I should have read the more recent one star reviews before ordering!

Unfortunately, stock levels can sometimes change very quickly. An item may appear available at the time an order is placed, but during our final stock checks the vendor may confirm that it has sold out or is no longer available. Similar to when an item shows as in stock online with other retailers but is unavailable by the time the order is processed, there can occasionally be a delay in stock information updating.
We completely understand that this does not make the experience any less disappointing, and we also apologise that the cancellation was not communicated more clearly.
We are working closely with our vendors to ensure stock levels are checked and updated more frequently to prevent situations like this from happening.
We’re pleased the refund was processed immediately, but we sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
