Absolutely awful company AVOID like the others purchased a one off item and then had £89 taken from my account that I did not authorise. Have disputed this with PayPal and refused any further attempts they try to take. This is theft via deception and they should be ashamed of themselves and hopefully at some point karma will give them what they deserve… do not use them!!!!!

Like the majority of reviews

Like the majority of reviews, l feel l was scammed or taken advantage of.Please do not even consider using them!! I took advantage of an offer for Betakaroten Gold intending to try for one month and if l liked to reorder. That was at the beginning of June, they finally arrived mid July. On 21st July l received an email invoicing me for my next shipment £91.60 which was taken from my PayPal account automatically. I emailed the company and took out a resolution which did not go in my favour. The company Good for me are soo difficult to track down and my only route has now been closed to me. At no time did l knowingly enter into any agreement/subscription. The out come, well l really don’t know, l am completely at a loss as to what to do. Pay pal payment says inactive so l hope they will not be able to access my funds in the future l can’t seem to find a way of contacting Sara or Edward at Good for me AS. So l wait, angry and upset

Long delivery and difficult successful unsubscriptions

Long delivery, difficult payment method if you would like to pay early. Even more difficult it has been to unsubscribe from the subscriptions that I months ago received confirmation of the cancellation.
hope Good for me will be working out these problems, and maybe get an telephone helpline to assist the customers.

Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We're sad to hear that you experienced a long deliverytime, the usual deliverytime to the UK is 5 to 10 working days, to germany it is 3-5 days.

A telephone helpline would be great, but sadly since we are located in Norway, and we do support for a variety of different countries in Europe the chances of this is low. Making sure someone can speak in all the different languages would not be sustainable at the moment, but we truly appreciate the feedback and will of course bring it upwards in the organization.

Wishing you a great summer!

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would. Have been trying to contact them to cancel a subscription thst my husband didn’t realise he’d set up. Impossible to get hold of them. Customer services is A.I which just sends you round in circles. Since we first tried to cancel we have had two more deliveries. I am going to contact my bank and see if they can help with these payments. A very unscrupulous company who manage to trick customers into regular subscriptions when they place a single order and then ignore all requests to cancel. Avoid like the plague!

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. It’s a con. They set me up on a subscription without my knowing and took £119 from my account without prior warning and will not respond to my emails. The subscription was for 4 bottles at a time, why would anyone want and knowingly sign up for 4 bottles at a time at £119 a time??!

Copy of my email I sent to Good For Me... no doubt they won't give a damn & ignore me like they usually do ! Think twice before ordering off this vile company !!

My email below

Yesterday I was forced to pay for a product that I don't have by your aggressive debt company.

I paid it to get them off my back, how dare you treat people this way.

Your reviews say it all. Disgusting.

You are truly vile.

ACHTUNG: Absolute Abo-Falle und keine Ware geliefert! WARNING: Classic hidden subscription trap & missing goods!

FINGER WEG!

DO NOT BUY. I originally ordered a trial bottle of Betakaroten Gold for 15€ in February. I felt safe making the purchase because it was heavily promoted by a major German influencer with 1.2 million followers. The initial delivery was fast and smooth.

However, two months later, I suddenly discovered a charge of 160€ on my account for a "4-month subscription" that I NEVER explicitly agreed to. There was no transparency at checkout, and I never received a separate confirmation email about a recurring subscription.

To make matters worse, I never even received the goods for this 160€ charge! When I contacted their customer service immediately to dispute this and demand my money back for items they didn't even ship, they flat-out refused.

This is a classic "Abo-Falle" (subscription trap). They use influencers to build false trust and then hide outrageous recurring charges in the fine print. I have reported them to consumer protection services and opened a PayPal dispute. Check your automatic payments and stay far away from this company!

NOT GOOD FOR ME

Reflects the other 1 star but really 0 star reviews. In my experience, Mis sold subscription, no easy way to cancel and when you finally do, they forward your details to an agency called Debtist to hound you. My honestly held belief is that they have made money from me by mis selling to me and not the quality of their products and services and I wouldn’t want anyone else to lose their hard earned money which is why I have taken the time to post. I have never known anything like it.
