Order cancelled without any explnation
My order was cancelled without an explanation. It was after I tried tracking the progress that I saw the order was cancelled. So I decided to call the customer service, and the agent was like "I can't be able to explain why your order was cancelled".
FOLLOWUP: The customer service team has called and apologized, including an explanation that the cancellation was as a result of security issue related to multiple payment attempt. My refund was done and the customer agents were kind enough to offer me a voucher for the future shopping. Thank you!

Ordered a S23 from Switzerland
Ordered a S23 from Switzerland. Arrived in 1-2 days. Everything was fine. I paid much less than I would have buying the phone in a local online shop and I didn't have to pay VAT. So, I'll buy here agaun.

Delivery is very tricky
The prices are good, but the delivery was extremely complicated. I was supposed to basically stay home two days straight not to miss the delivery.
A signature is required, so you must be there to receive it. However, the delivery company has wrong tracking updates ("delivered today by the end of the day" -- well, no, that did not happen), provides wrong info, changes data post-factum (!) and can only say "we will deliver today or tomorrow", with no prior notification.
Writing paper letter on a mailbox to the delivery driver did the trick.
