We're sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. Your order was dispatched on Friday using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which has a delivery aim of 2–3 working days. With Sunday and the Bank Holiday Monday falling immediately after dispatch, there were fewer delivery days available than during a normal week.
