Bvnk is totally scam I agree. As at 2018 I bought over 5,000 dogecoin and 30 xrp on their Coindirect platform which was shutdown in 2023. Until this very moment I have not been able to get my coins back. Worst part? No body is returning my mails

All you have is the reference number instead of the actual money withdrawal; in my case, it's 56265809 - go and check them because BVNK support doesn't care at all - they will not even talk to you if you initiated a withdrawal with Deel.

And guess what? Money is never processed. Probably, they just believe nobody gonna sue them.

So I mainly dislike the fact that the service acts as a scam, and nobody cares.

Worst company when it comes to support and onboarding. I wasted a significant amount of time and money trying to meet their requirements after I got the approval from them, which took over three months. In the end, they informed me that they couldn't proceed due to a recent change within the company. They clearly don't value the time and resources their clients invest.

absolute waste of time. It doesn't allow you to add banking information, you can't add funds... I wasted 2 hours to figure it out and there's no live support to help.
