Stolen delivery and refused refund
First time customer, delivery failed to arrive next day even though Evri marked it as delivered - with no proof of delivery.
It’s now four days later, still no delivery and a refusal of a refund.
I have numerous ring doorbells and cameras monitoring my premises and there has been no attempt of delivery and not even a vehicle in the street at the time stated for delivery.
I have now spoken to citizens advice and will be following up this complaint with the ombudsman.
“Once we speak to the courier we will update you…”
It’s four days later! I am without the product I purchased and without the £85 it cost me!
Do not use these absolute chimps!

Disgusting
If i could give negative points i would. I received a fully sealed bag of whey protein isolate powder contaminated with dead carpet beetles. Bulk have completely ignored this, despite photographic evidence, and also the fact that others have spotted black bits in their powders. Disgusting company with zero regard for its customers, serious QC ussues.
And now Bulk claim the issue is resolved you are having a laugh!!!

The advance mass gainer is a next level thing. Gains can be felt just after three days of consumption. But 1000 Calories is too high, I am only taking half dose (500 kal) in two chunks of 250 kal each day and seeing the results.
