In 2024, I reached out to Fabrizio after he was recommended to me by a friend. He understood exactly what I was we were looking for and he suggested the perfect home for us in Ispica. Fabrizio was very helpful from day one. He was very communicative and guided us through every step of the paper work and of eventually closing the deal and purchasing the house. We are still in touch with Fabrizio who is always there when we have any questions. All in all, working with Fabrizio has been an extremely pleasant experience.
