avoid this company, it's honestly not worth it. To start their size chart is completely off and the items are not worth the high price. when you then want to return an item you have to wait for them to approve your return?They then take forever to respond & on top of that all their communication is sent in german despite having order in english. The return process takes forever and more than 2 weeks later i am still waiting to get my money back despite having confirmation that my return wad delivered long ago

Products are not tested at all
I bought a Period Panty (Hipster, 95% bio cotton) for heavy bleeding & night. After 30 minutes, these period panties were soaked through. Not only are they unsuitable for heavy flow (as advertised), but they also leak during a light period because there isn’t much of a protective layer. It’s clear the product wasn’t tested properly. It is very expensive for such low quality. Not recommended at all.

Superb packaging but a manufacturing error left me at a loss
The packaging was superb! The products are of great quality too and the response time for customer support was good, but not effective.
I purchased two period panties of the exact same style, model and both in the exact same size, just in different colours - but one pair was significantly larger than the other.
When I contacted customer support to have the item replaced or refunded I was told that they cannot determine how panties would fit on someone, completely not understanding that it must be a manufacturing error since the two panties were identical on all accounts of model type, size, style etc. I tried to explain the issue in various ways, but did not get the support needed.
As a result, they told me I can either pay 4.95€ at my own expense to have them returned for a refund or send them back free of charge for an exchange of size. I was therefore forced to exchange for a size smaller - which does not fit me because the original size I purchased was the size needed - which renders the pair useless to me.
Considering this issue, I will not purchase further items from the store.

nice product, didn’t understand the emails
Products look nice but why is all communication in German when you can see from my information I’m not German? The language switch doesn’t seem to work on every page of the website and email updates on my package were all German, which is frustrating

The design is cool but
The design is cool. The waist line could have been higher because it lies under the navel. No leaks. However there is no dry feeling. It's wet and uncomfortable. And I felt the pad.

Emails and even customer support always in german, also after sending a request in english. Size and fit really strange - panty extremely big and high but waist very tight. I have an S size and strings felt huge but extremely tight to waist, which never happens with other brands. Return policy ar your own cost - no label provided, so 13€ lost.

First time customer / last time customer
I ordered products for the first time directly from their website. The shipment arrived 10 days later, damaged and packaged in plain envelopes. It did not look legitimate, like something that would seriously come from a business. I contacted support--no answer. 10 days later I decide I want to exercise my right of withdrawal and simply cancel the order and send it back to them. They say it's not their problem, I shouldn't have accepted the parcel and that I have to pay to return a damaged parcel to them! Who would use menstrual products that have been tampered with?
