Price is fair and proxies work just fine. Also the api part is easy to setup. For the price a easy recommend!

I've been a FineProxy customer since 2022 and have spent over $10,000. After years as a loyal client, here is how it ended.

The problem, point by point:

1) The service silently degraded. The proxies simply stopped responding to requests. There is clearly a hidden throttle past some usage threshold and their own Terms (§6.2) confirm a "Slow Mode" exists, yet it appears nowhere in the plan descriptions.

2) No notification, against their own rules. Their Terms (§6.3) require clients to be notified through the ticket system when limits are hit. I was never notified. The service just went quiet.

3) They refuse to return my own balance. I asked to withdraw the UNUSED funds sitting on my account — my own deposit, not payment for any service. The operator (Irina) refused outright and confirmed the refusal in chat, claiming a balance can only be withdrawn within 24 hours of top-up.

4) That rule does not exist in their Terms. The Refund Policy (§5) says unused funds stay on the internal balance for future use, and only crypto BONUS funds (§7) are non-withdrawable. My deposit is neither, so there is no basis to keep it.

Refusing to return a customer's own prepaid deposit while contradicting your own published Terms is not a policy, it is simply keeping people's money. Governing law is Estonia (EU), and I will be pursuing this accordingly.

After 3+ years and five figures spent: do not leave any balance with this company you will not get it back.

The support is excellent, and they are the cheapest on the market. They offer great value for money and respond quickly whenever assistance is needed.

Affordable EU proxies. The only proxy provider that still keeps their prices low. Was looking all across the Internet for something like this and it turned out to be the cheapest proxy provider with unlimited bandwidth.

very easy to use and share thansk due to credentials or ip auth, fast and stabe for my case, and last but not least good price
