The online application software offers, for a fee, technical assistance to set up FibreBroadband. But the aoplication then persistently removes it, with no explanation or anyway of finding out what to do about it. MOST frustrating…

Liked advice and simple to implement. I am hard of hearing and agent was a very rapid speaker so a lot of requests for him to repeat/clarify. but we got there eventually.

Amazing staff member. Can't praise her enough.
Honestly I was a little bit anxious about calling but the person who handled my call(can't remember her name), was a breath of fresh air. I immediately felt at ease and her knowledge and personal skills were second to none. Amazing service thanks. Funny, charming and knowledgeable. Again amazing member of staff.

Lengthy phone call over moving house…
Lengthy phone call over moving house and trying to set up Broadband with BT. Lengthy but successful. In addition BT agreed to transfer us to the new address without a cancellation fee for our current contract with them. I thought this only fair as we're not leaving BT we're just between houses at the moment while our current house sale is underway. Overall a pretty good service with a polite and helpful guy on the other end. However it remains to be seen whether we can get connected easily up at the other end once the router arrives!
