Homebrew heroes!
Brouwland offer a great range of products for the home brewer! I have been able to get excellent raw materials, where the options available have encouraged me to experiment with new recipes which I wouldnt have otherwise. I have also got the hardware required to expand my brewing set up. The speed of delivery is really useful, and when i had a missing delivery the Customer Service team arranged a replacement without any trouble. Great company!

I have now received the order, however it was delivered later than expected. I am also disappointed that it was initially put on hold due to a €0.01 discrepancy, which was not caused by me but resulted from an incorrect total provided by your system. I kindly ask you to review both issues and take them into consideration to improve your service and avoid similar problems in the future.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order. The order was not placed on hold because of the €0.01 discrepancy. Such minor differences are automatically processed by our system overnight and do not affect the handling or shipment of an order.
Regarding the delivery timing, your order was placed on Saturday and was handed over to DPD on Tuesday. We always aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, and in this case that target was met. We understand that the final delivery may have taken longer than you expected. While we do our utmost to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, the final delivery timeframe depends on the carrier.
