Follow-up is slow.
Record sharing and keeping numbers correct are issues.

They are doing totaly fraud, dont work with them, just getting money for brand aproval and then wanish, no response. I dont even get brand name.

I had a very disappointing experience with Brandock (Harbor of Ecommerce). I purchased their Brand Approval service based on sales information that I later found did not match my own research. After payment, I experienced repeated delays, changing explanations, and poor communication for nearly two months. I eventually provided Amazon FBA labels, but after the shipment reached Amazon, I was informed that the boxes received were empty. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. This post reflects my personal experience, and I encourage others to do thorough research and exercise caution before doing business with this company. Be ware from these fraud people.

⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – WARNING TO ALL CURRENT AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF BRANDOCK
I am issuing this public warning based on my personal experience dealing with individuals associated with Brandock.

More than one year ago, I contacted Mr. Arsalan Haroon regarding services related to my USA account. From the beginning, I clearly stated that I did not want to work with any third party and preferred to deal directly with the company.

Despite this, Mr. Arsalan Haroon repeatedly convinced me to work with Mr. Abdul Rehman instead, assuring me that he was trustworthy, more capable than the company itself, and could provide better services at a lower cost.

Based on these assurances, I transferred my payment. After receiving the money, Mr. Abdul Rehman failed to provide the promised services and eventually stopped responding altogether. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted both Mr. Abdul Rehman and Mr. Arsalan Haroon through calls, messages, and follow-ups. My communications have largely been ignored, and my funds have not been returned.

I was later informed by Brandock that Mr. Arsalan Haroon was no longer associated with the company. However, conflicting information has been provided, raising serious concerns and leaving many questions unanswered.

For over a year, I have been requesting the return of my money. Multiple promises were made, including commitments before Ramadan that repayment would be made, even in installments. None of those promises have been fulfilled.

After experiencing this matter firsthand and reviewing complaints shared by other customers, I am deeply concerned that similar situations may have affected others as well. I strongly urge all current and prospective customers to exercise extreme caution before sending money, engaging in business, or relying on verbal assurances from any individuals connected with these dealings.

I am now considering filing a formal complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and other relevant authorities and will provide all available evidence, including payment records, communications, promises of repayment, and documentation related to this matter.

If anyone else has experienced similar issues involving non-delivery of services, non-payment, misrepresentation, or unreturned funds, I encourage them to come forward and document their experiences through the appropriate legal channels.

I once again demand the immediate return of my full payment. More than one year has passed, and there is no justification for further delay.

This warning is based solely on my personal experience and is being published to inform others so they can make informed decisions before entering into any business relationship with the parties involved.

Brandock is totally spammy, and they are just doing fake comments with the customer. They are getting $800 form us for the brand approvel and then they said we are working for approval, but no result. After 6 month they said we will share with you sheet and generate an order from our warehouse, and we just want to help you generate revenue and while we are also working on brand approval as well.
And after the order payment, they did not respond to us, and they did not even pick up the call.
They are totally doing fake work and committing fraud with the clients.
Don't trust them. Because I am losing $10K USD with there fake commitments.

Just keep away from them, A group of scammers working in Karachi, pakistan. Doing scams with e commerce persons.

Working with brandock is a good experience

In my experience, Brandock did not deliver the service they promised. I paid them for their brand approval service because they assured me they would provide the required inventory. After taking my payment in the month of Ramadan, they did not provide the promised inventory and kept delaying the process.

Every time I asked for an update, I got the same excuses: "We're busy," "We're working on it," "We'll send it soon," and "We're settling everything." Days turned into weeks and months, and the same excuses continued without the promised results.

🚩 I feel I was misled and had a very disappointing experience and victim of this fraud group.

The people I dealt with were Mr. Rohaan and Arsalan. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious before sending them any money or trusting their promises.

🚨 Please be careful and do your own research before dealing with Brandock. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid the same situation I went through.

Stay away from Brandock.

They promised to get my brand approval and were very responsive until they received my payment. After that, communication almost disappeared. Every time I followed up, I was told they were busy or that the work was in progress, but I never received the promised result.

I paid for a service that was not delivered, lost valuable time, and was left with no clear answers. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services do extensive research and proceed with extreme caution before sending any money.

Scammers at big scale, pretend to to brand approval but, they get payment advance, and then their drama start, wasting time for number of months, no any response, after several calls, they just reply we are doing, on it, just filling words, but actually takes time to digest the scam. at the end the victim leave to calling them and they moves to next person,

they are running adds, grabbing clients, they shows they are very professional, but I have all call records, no responses especially from Rohan and Arsalan. So just be away, don't get their service, keep your money save. my personal experience, facing this issue from last 6 months ago.

One of the Worst Experiences – Please Be Cautious

I had a very disappointing experience with BrandDoc. They misrepresent data and mislead sellers, especially those who are new or inexperienced.

During the onboarding process, they present inflated or misleading statistics, showing profit calculations based on the highest price points, rather than the actual selling price, which stays stable most of the time. In reality, the margins are very low or even negative.

It feels like a trap, especially for new sellers who may not yet understand how to verify these figures. What’s promised or shown at the start doesn’t reflect the real outcomes.

I strongly recommend doing your own research and seeking independent verification before working with BrandDoc. Don't fall for the sales pitch—the reality is very different.

Your representatives were quite candid and persuassive

Excellent dealing with commitment and professionalism.

The commitment to task was worth mentioning. Though the product delivery took longer than planned period the product quality made up for the delay.

Our experience with Brandock has been simply fantastic.We entrusted them with the task of launching our brand from scratch on Amazon UK, and from day one, it was a breeze. Their expert management and transparent communication ensured our launch was a success. Although we're not thriving on Amazon yet, we know it takes time and with a positive and professional attitude like this team we will surely get there soon. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to launch their brand effortlessly on Amazon and beyond.
