Do not use them , I spent 380 on braces then they said the mold failed so I had to do another mold . Instead they initialised a partial refund and gave me back £49 out of the 380. These are scammers avoid

It's great that this exists! I have ordered from them a few times. The braces are of high quality, just like those from the dentist. They are also very durable and strong (my Hawley braces from BracesShop last for years). It is also very nice that you can customize your braces to your wishes (via the "notes" on the webshop during the ordering process). My braces adjustments for my Hawley retainers are, for example: no labial bow wire and the palate plate must be completely closed. BracesShop adheres to this and I am always satisfied with how they make them.

The impression kit is quite easy to make. I have sometimes had the braces develop slight pressure points, but I solved that myself by scraping away the acrylic a bit; fortunately, that helps a lot. The customer service is very quick, reliable, and helpful. You get good answers to your questions. The entire order process takes between 1 to 2 months (including the impression kit). Delivery is generally good, with track and trace. I did have one instance where the package got damaged, but thank goodness, they remade the Hawley braces using the same dental impressions. (BracesShop temporarily stores the impressions for potential reuse.) So, everything turned out fine. I am very grateful to BracesShop and I will remain their customer for my whole life! I wear my Hawley braces with pleasure and I wear them every day! The braces feel very high quality and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I took great care with my impressions to try to do them perfectly. But indeed, they came back, and the retainer (expander) snapped right into my teeth. The turn key works. I'm super impressed! And they even reply to your emails.
I was a bit crossing my fingers to be honest, because there is little information about this company out there. And the total price of the retainer is much lower than other more polished looking websites/services. But I can confirm now they're definitely legit!
My only comment is that mine is a little bulky (a lot of material), and extends further into the back of my mouth than I would have expected. I can easily sand or file this down though eventually, which I may do. Even so, it's okay as is.

Disorganised company. They sent my package to the wrong address, lost it and refused to refund me over £350.

They eventually found my package months later and successfully returned it to me. So it turns out they didn't send it. They do a good job in the laboratory though.
