While the website is seemingly under going maintenance and has a few issues (orders not going through, emails not responded to etc., chat bot going crazy), I appreciated the ease of connecting with the team via Facebook messenger. Bloomspace Is friendly, helpful and efficient. I was impressed with their customer service. There was good communication from the time of the order through every stage, until delivery. We had a small issue with the order at the beginning, however it was quickly and effectively resolved. The plant has arrived in good health, well packaged and just a little thirsty.

My neon pothos came a day or two after the arrival date. I'm assuming this is because of coronavirus which is fine. However my plant was already dying, pretty much every leaf has Brown spots on it. I'm watering it everyday but the leaves are already dead so will have to wait for new leaves to sprout. Disappointed

They did a great job! A little difficulty in delivering. I gave them a room number at the hotel in one of the fill-in boxes and then the delivery didn’t happen the first time it went out because they missed the room number and name. They emailed and I gave the info and it was delivered a few days later. Maybe I should have called. Nice plant. Professional.
