Waiting for a comfy pair of trainers from 24th Aug 23. They answered nicely to my first email, although i.m still waiting on 11th Nov. I paid with credit card, I want my money back.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered shoes, wrong size arrived, would not exchange or refund. Now ignoring my emails. Waste of time. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered shoes and they did not fit. The company refused to offer a refund or an exchange and said it was my responsibility. I have never before ordered clothing or shoes from a company online and had them refuse to at least offer to exchange to a different size. Very disappointing. I strongly advise using this company as long as there policy is not to refund or exchange when the size is wrong.

Absolute scam..... do not order from them.... appalling customer service... send wrong sizing.... no refunds and absolutely no accountability for what they sell.... give this company a massive wide berth as they are shocking to deal with.... if you decide to go with them you have even warned. Learnt from own mistake.....

This is a scam, I ordered a pair of trainers on the 22/09/23. 3 emails to them and still no trainers. Absolute disgrace, they have no morals and no trainers.

Do NOT buy from this company. Sizing is WAY out, they dont say this on their website, and then when the shoes finally arrived, they were way too small. But they refused to do an exchange. Appalling customer service! Worse I have ever come across, they dont address your issue and "pretend" to be courteous and civil, but really they are shafting you. STAY AWAY

What an actual scam this company is - do not order from them.
I ordered the Ultra Comfortable Orthopaedic Trainers from them on 21st September 23. Checked regularly on the Shop app and they hadn’t been sent when I emailed them on 4th October 23 - no reply. Emailed again as still hadn’t received the shoes on 9th October - no reply. Then emailed again on 17th October - guess what -still no shoes and no reply but was marked as shipped. The bloom4lady website has now completely disappeared, along with the shoes and the money I paid!
Will now be going to my bank to try and get a refund.
The email address ‘ecomystery’ is completely different to their website address.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Do not purchase from these scammers.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered my usual size, but the reality is wildly different, the shoes are very small. Customer service is shocking if you can actually get in touch with them, and they refuse to accept their sizing is out and refuse to exchange.

I ordered the trainers and waited at least 3 weeks for them to arrive. Then when they did arrive, they were way too small. It was impossible to find a return policy. When I did, they would not reply to any of my emails.
Then the return by date had passed by.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this unscrupulous company.

The order took ages to arrive and the size sent its small despite I order a 40 European size . The quality it’s poor.
The customer service it’s the worst.
The should shut down as you just throw your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are complete scam artists. I ordered size 43 but received size 40. Emailed photos over to prove but they still won’t refund me, as against their policy.

Poor customer service. Shoes are too small despite ordering my usual size and I cannot get them to let me return them. I struggled to get any response initially and now they have said that they do not accept returns.
Trainers are plastic and cheap but I was prepared to keep them if they fitted as I’m so desperate for comfortable trainers!
These will not fit and are a waste of money. AVOID THE COMPANY

Unfortunately saw the recent reviews after I ordered trainers.
The ordering system was dodgy & I wasn’t asked for confirmation of my order before payment - ended up being duped to order 2 pairs.
I waited over 4 weeks for my order to arrive.
The fit is small and they did not fit, despite my ordering a size larger than my normal size.
They smell of an unpleasant, plastic odour.
I would not recommend this site or the products they sell.

Same as other recent reviews - waited long past delivery date and when they arrived the size is not only incorrect but not even close to what is printed on shoe. No response to 2 emails but continue to send useless marketing emails even though unsubscribed

Very bad experience
The size are not correct, I've received a size 6 as requested and they don't fit at all. They do not refund or exchange, be careful!

Do not buy from this website the shoes said size 40 and would not fit a size 5, site refused refund as did not go larger than a 40, so disappointing

Took ages to arrive, then wrong size recieved and no response to emails to return. I've been scammed!!
