Never had an issue with any of my orders, Always fast to respond to queries & the quality of the products is top of the line, they are comfy and you look & feel like a million bucks.. I always get compliments when I'm wearing my BM leggings or people ask me if they are from BlackMilk & it starts up a random conversation with a stranger.. I think everyone has so much respect for the brand and their product lines that really do make people excited & proud to talk about their collections and what kind of style of garment they are obsessed with and how they somehow universally look great on any body type.. you know what you are paying for in that kind of design quality, its stunning

I’ve just recently discovered Blackmilk and within two weeks I have made 6 orders! They have great quality clothing, with a good size range and size charts are accurate. Their customer service is amazing too, they are all over social media and reply very fast to the two questions I have sent them by email. If you think the clothes are cute, then you definitely need to give them a try!

I've been wearing Black Milk fashions for years and order regularly. I'm hooked on the comfortable clothing and fabulous limit edition licensed prints that actually credit the artists.

The customer service is also amazing . It's so rare nowadays to be able to talk to real kind normal people instead of some horrible bot. Returns are easy (although super rare) and they also react to feedback super fast. I asked for more plus sized models and the next collection out had them.

This was a shop I loved buying from when they first opened. The dresses I recently bought were a huge disappointment. These clothes are nothing more than cheap polyester trash manufactured in China. A basic polyester elastane skater dress priced at 50+ bucks is laughable.

I’ve been a consistent customer of Blackmilk for the last 15 years. I love their clothing because of the unique prints and interesting cuts. Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

I came for the licensed products but I love other items as well, especially the eye attire, cat stuff, and mage/witch themes. This place has the perfect vibe and I couldn't be happier. My two Final Fantasy XIV dresses (job icons + map) are actually my favourite outfits ever. They're high quality and beautiful, and I get compliments from people who don't even know what a job icon is. The customer service is top notch and I feel like this shop is all about getting people high quality clothes in the themes we REALLY love.

I had questions regarding my discount code. Was the spend in AUD or USD? (A-AUD) and Can I use the code on the day it expires or is that the date that it has to be used prior? (A:still good for use on the day it expires. Day after is no bueno.)Lorelei answered everything super fast and checked in the following day to make sure all went well on my end. So sigma 10/10

Arrived on time, helped me locate my package,staff were incredly kind and helpful.

Fun and unique fashion that may not be everyone's taste but when you find something that fits your vibe it's perfect.

A lot of it is custom printed so I think people need to just keep that in mind and curb their expectations. It's not like printing on paper.

I've done both returns and order cancelations, both with great customer service. Returns do count for store credit only, so mind that.

Super amazing service. 100000% recommend. Ordered a dress from Black Milk for for first time not realizing it was shipping to the US from Austrailia and I needed the dress for a wedding very soon. I reached out to customer service and within minutes Renee responded that she understood the urgency and would let the warehouse know to process the order ASAP. They got it in the mail the next day and it arrived at my doors step on the East Cost of the US with 3 days to spare. So so thankful! I couldnt be more happy. My dress traveled half way around the world in time for me to sparkle in it

Blackmilk is my favorite brand to shop from. They have the most beautiful designs, their fabrics are so comfortable and well fitting and their customer support is the best. They are always helpful and friendly and reply quickly. Their international shipping is quick too! I've been buying from them for many years since 2020:)

The customer service team are always lovely to deal with - they are prompt and helpful, and you don't feel like you are getting a 'standard' response - it feels personalised!
